I WILL NEVER go to this Wendy’s ever again. A family member stopped here a few days ago before stopping by, they brought some for my kids and I, but we’d already eaten. I forgot to stick it in the fridge so ended up having to throw it out. Thank GOODNESS I forgot because the family member that brought us the food ended up getting food poisoning! He said it’s the worst food poisoning he’s ever had.

I work around the corner and come to this location no less than 2 times a week for a few years now. They are not perfect just like everything else on earth but I can go there knowing I’ve got a good chance at getting exactly what I ordered and made fresh. They go light on the salt with the fries if they salt them at all. That is my only complaint. But really who needs all that salt anyway

Not only did they forget half our order thru drive thru…2 of the burgers had long pieces of hair in it. Super gross! Wont be back! I would highly recommend going somewhere else! I called and spoke to the manager who didnt seem to really care about what happened. I asked for the corporate phone number i was told they are a franchise. I asked for the owner and was told it had just been sold and they had no idea who owned it. So to the new owner…you have your work cut out for you! I would start by hiring a new manager! Followed by quaility control.

Older lady is rude and gives bad service but I get it, she’s elderly and tired. Employees at the fry and nugget station don’t wear gloves, the employees that are making the sandwiches don’t change their gloves frequently, the girl touched her ear and the front counter where money is exchanged and didn’t bother to change her gloves before going back to make food. Atmosphere is depressing, food is below average.

Horrible service, horrible food. We ordered 5 sandwich combos. We got back and had 2 Sandwiches that weren’t what we ordered, fries with no seasoning, and half of the drinks were so bad they couldn’t be drunk, we had to pour them out. When we contacted them they said they’d give us 3 other sandwiches, but they were also missing toppings we asked for, and wouldn’t replace the drinks with anything else. They further refused to refund our money on this. Do not eat here.
