This Colombian restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely spectacular—authentic flavors, well-prepared dishes, and a menu that really showcases the richness of Colombian cuisine. What stood out the most, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. I would easily rate the service a 10 out of 10; it made the entire dining experience feel special.
That said, I do want to offer a suggestion for improvement. The air conditioning system didn’t seem to be strong enough for the size of the restaurant. Throughout the meal, we felt uncomfortably warm, which made it a bit exhausting to fully enjoy the otherwise amazing food and service. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he kindly explained that the issue was due to the system not having enough capacity. For future guests, I believe updating the air conditioning would make a big difference, ensuring the comfort and tranquility that such a wonderful dining experience deserves.
Overall, this is a fantastic place with outstanding food and exceptional service—I highly recommend it, with the hope that the air conditioning will be upgraded soon.

We had brunch at Mamacita Biscayne, and everything was honestly amazing. The presentation is beautiful, the flavors are rich, and the whole vibe feels warm, colorful, and very Miami.

This drink was a whole experience. The café con leche was creamy, strong, and perfectly balanced. The Nutella-and-M&M rim made it sweet, fun, and super Instagram-worthy. If you love coffee with a dessert twist, this is a must-try.

I’m a neighbor from Edgewater and this was my first time trying Mamacita. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. I ordered the huevos pericos with arepa, and what I was served looked nothing like what’s shown in their photos (you can see it in the picture I posted). For the price they charge, this is honestly a rip-off.
The condition of the salt shaker was also unacceptable — it looked dirty and neglected, as if it had been picked up off the street.

Such a cute spot! The food was amazing. We got the pistachio pancakes to share for the table and they were incredible. Very instagrammable place.
