The price is up spent 28 dollars and some change only to get home with cold fries limp and greasy , a regular coke when asked 2x if it was diet the kids didn’t eat any of their food a 10 piece nugget meal and 4 piece nugget with basket of fries because the fries were so bad . My burger was good but who could enjoy even that when your drink is wrong, and your fries are undercooked . The young ladies at the windows were nice other than that nothing else was positive about the experience. My grandkids have to find a new favorite place to eat .it’s not just this McDonald’s,lately almost every one we’ve been to on any side of town either the food is wrong or you get 20 nuggets with no sauce and you’re asked when ordering what sauce you want .it’s never in the bag and if it is ,it’s not the sauce you asked for . Also most of the time the tea is loaded down with so much sugar you can’t even taste the tea !! The kids love McDonald’s but Grandma is over it a waste of money and a bad experience over and over . No need to even complain Just don’t go back .

Tried a third McDonalds in Columbia SC for a hot fudge sundae. Waited in the drive thru for a while. It was jammed up. Then i thought, what if I get stuck in the drive thru a third time with a third ice cream machine down. So, I went inside. Used the kiosk. Loud chaos. I was the only customer in the building. You have to be escorted in the restroom. It is locked. They made the sundae. Barked at me. They were clearly struggling to keep it going. I don’t frequent McBrokenMachine for a McReason. Not worth the trouble. Not convenient. Not fast. Probably not food.

Why did I order 3 Spicy Deluxe McCrispy Chicken meals and all 3 looked like I could’ve made them at the house. They were all cold along with the fries that also looked like someone ate out of all 3 cartons. I tried calling the store to let them know what happened but of course the phone was busy. I do know that the restaurants take the phone off the hook when busy but I won’t be eating here anymore. The price for cold food was ridiculously high! I was even disgusted by the fingerprint on my sandwich that really made me not want to eat it! Please do better!!!

I was in the Drive-Thru for more than 30 minutes and when I reached the order station, I was told that they were doing a shift change and that they could not take my order and couldn’t close out until I got out of the line. I asked if I could drive around the block and come back and I was told there were only two workers there and I could try but they couldn’t tell me when they would be able to take my order. As I drove around the building, seems as though a manager was Outdoors arguing with a worker. I could not get his attention to explain my dilemma. I think that they should have signs up saying that if we are going through a shift change we will not be able to take your order or at least have someone come outdoors and say you may want to leave because we have to stop orders at this point. I thought the whole experience was very rude and unnecessary. I thanked the lady the second time I drove through but did say she probably should have apologized to me or should be thanking me for being considerate enough to leave. I went home without food and had had a very rough day and had nothing at home. Can’t answer any of the other questions because I couldn’t get any food even though they were open.

Please, please, please tell your staff to start wearing hair nets. Most Everyone who works here have long hair slinging and swinging all over the counter boxes and food prep areas. Manager need to do a lot better. Corporate needs to step in fast.

If I was able to give this establishment a zero, I would. I did an order on the mobile app and when I arrived, I saw people were being turned away. I went to the door and was told they were closed. I communicated to the employee, I had made an mobile app order and they had already charged my account and if I could pick it up thru the drive thru since the dining room was closed. She said no we’re closed. Purchase time 10:15pm

If my order had not come with so much sass, I would not have had a review at all. Drive-through…ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles. They put no pickles on the screen and then took it off. When I got to the window, I asked if they had put no pickles on the order because I saw that it was removed. The young lady stated that it didn’t come with pickles. I told her that it did. She stated again that it did not. I explained that every time I have ordered this sandwich, it has come with pickles. She and her co-worker said something to each other as the window was closing and she came back with a stronger attitude and stated that it DID NOT come with pickles. Well, guess what it came with…

If I could give zero, I would. At first, they couldn’t hear me at all which was fine. Then they didn’t know which order was mine and after figuring it out they gave me a happy meal with no nuggets. I ordered a 6-piece nugget, so when i brought it to their attention that I was missing that, they gave me a box with only five nuggets. I don’t know why they were so set on shorting me food, but I will surely be taking my business somewhere else.

You guys had one job and that’s to pick up the order on the receipt.Well my daughter ordered a triple cheeseburger strawberry pie and fries,what she got was a McChicken fries and drink.Her name is on the receipt as well as her order.Shes given you guys more than enough chances.We both will do our business somewhere else.Besides teach your workers how to read with understanding.
