The drive-through went smoothly. We had about 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and we did not take long to place our order. Then shortly after paying as we pulled up to the window our order was ready. Both individuals we spoke to were pleasant.
The sandwiches were warm and overall the order was done correct. The environment was clean (what we saw outside).

Ordered breakfast & thought the burrito smelled weird when I opened the wrapper. Turns out it was a completely mildewed wrap. Contacted McDonald’s through the app and didn’t get much acknowledgement of the issue in my response from the franchise.

I would never eat her. Unfortunately I have to door dash and this McDonald’s comes up frequently always missing everything homeless people all in the parking lot they never have the order ready once you get up to the window they just tell you to cancel it because they’re not making it worse McDonald’s ever bunch of lazy workers .. meanwhile the Taco Bell right down the street is popping and keeping it moving I suggest go in there

I arrived at this McDonald’s a little before 2 PM to go into the dining room.Upon reaching the front door it was locked? So I walked around to the other side of the Building and that door was locked too. There were no signs Posted explaining why the dinning room was closed.
So I went through the drive to and I Requested A Vanilla Ice Cream Cone and A Fish Sandwich They They Replied. We have no ice cream.
I said okay. Then I’ll just have to fish sandwich. I paid $5.14 for the fish sandwich. When I went to the window there was no conversation. Or greeting or anything from the McDonald’s employee. No, thank you. No, nothing they gave me my fish sandwich and a bag with no napkins. And when I opened it up, it was extremely hot as if he had just come out of the microwthere was a 1/2, a piece of cheese on there. And enough tartar sauce for about 2 sandwiches. This was ultimately the worst service.I have received at a fast food establishment lately.

I sat trapped in the drive-through for 30+ minutes (I was at the speaker with a mobile order. There were cars at the carryout window and payment window.). No movement at all, no one on the speaker explaining there was an issue, and when I was able to pull up to the window, the employee walked away. This was at 6:00 on a Saturday. Cars in the other lane were able to back out and leave, but I could only pull forward. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The food was good but the homeless people are taking this place over. Surrounding it like sharks asking for money and taking showers in the restroom. They are even asking people on the inside for money. I had to tell me son not to use the restroom because it was so bad. I think ill be finding i new place to eat lunch.

I was completely mortified, I live all the way across town so by the time I encountered this it wasn’t a simple turn around. I tried calling the store at least 6-8 times without success, so I will be reuniting both parties to their original owner in person instead.

This location is basically a homeless shelter…Went in wed morning to eat inside…BIG MISTAKE! Location was quite cold inside. Probably 15 homeless people sitting inside, not ordering anything and harassing the few customers that were in there. One came to my table and sat down in the seat directly across from me. When I asked whether he could sit somewhere else, he started cussing at me….I immediately left!!! No way to run a business.

I pass thru this McDonald’s on a regular they have a new manager which I assume because I’ve never seen her before, she’s super sweet have great customer service even when her day looks like it’s going bad. She got a full arm of tattoos I like when I stop by and she’s working if you ask for your food fresh she making sure you getting it fresh.
