⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Ridiculous Experience
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two caramel-flavored coffees and told the employee to just pick whatever caramel coffee they recommended with extra cream and sugar. She said, “I’ll hook you right up,” then charged me $10.01 for two coffees.
After paying, I was told to pull into spot #1. I sat there 15 minutes while the drive-thru cleared out. When I asked where my order was, I was told the machine was in a 15-minute cleaning cycle and they couldn’t make my coffee.
So I asked for a refund.
After waiting even longer, someone brought me $7 and some change and said that’s all they could give me. I explained I paid $10.01, not $7. A manager came out and said there were two managers on duty and they “can’t refund that amount.”
So let me get this straight:
They charged me $10.01, never gave me my coffee, and then told me they can’t give me my full money back?
I waited over 30 minutes, had no coffee, and still didn’t get my full refund. If a customer walked in and took $10 worth of product, police would be called—but somehow it’s fine when the business keeps your money and gives you nothing.
Unacceptable service, poor management, and zero accountability. I will not be back.

I came by this morning to get breakfast. I got the big breakfast without the hotcakes. I got the eggs, the hash brown the biscuit and the sausage but the eggs was loaded with Hair. That was horrible. You need to get your workers to wear hair nets

Ordered sausage egg on a bagel 2 hash browns and medium coffee. Got my bagel no hash browns which I paid for went to pick up my coffee lid was not on right and hot coffee spilled over my hand. Girl that took my order never said a word. Didn’t even ask if i was ok. Just loked at me. Forgot to check my order because my hand was burning. I want to thank the lady that was on her break for helping me. The girl at the order counter was useless not friendly at all.

The lady taking orders wasn’t friendly at all. I know they get busy but there is absolutely no reason for her to be as rude as she was. She was short with me but I overheard the way she spoke to another customer. I don’t know how they have anyone eating there. After you pay, you are directed to pull into a parking spot to wait. I wasn’t the only car pulled over. I don’t mind waiting some for fast food but they need friendlier employees.

This was one of the most unpleasant visits I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The woman handing out food in the lobby was extremely rude — rolling her eyes, throwing food, and treating customers disrespectfully. She also appeared completely unprofessional and unsanitary, which made me lose my appetite before I even got my food!
I won’t be returning to this location. Management really needs to address both customer service and cleanliness standards.

I came in to McDonald’s at 9:00 and we ordered and they forgot my sister’s cup and my dad said excuse me ma’am and the lady worker looked and she gave my dad a look and left and not even served him what he needed and my brother asked for Buffalo sauce and a man gave him the sauce but gave attitude cause he grabbed the sauce and gave a look and threw it in I am also going to say this is not even a fast food restaurant anymore this place is so slow and gets my order either wrong ,something’s messed up.

Today is 11/26 at 850 am I came into this mcdonald’s and paid for our food the young girl at the cash register was waiting on this lady to pay she didn’t she told the other lady in the back what she wanted then she told the lady at cashier I’m going to car go grab something so they put her food on the counter already she didn’t pay for that large frap..drink or hashbrowns I told the lady she didn’t pay yet oh she said that’s my wife. … But she don’t work here at all ..

Ordered 2 Doble quarter pounder and what we received was 10pcs of chicken nuggets and one doble quarter.
ALL our orders 99.9% of the time are wrong, this is THE WORST McDonald’s over this area, if you can go to another restaurant please save you a headache.
