Best seafood boil I ever had! The service is wonderful, music is relaxing and the most importantly the seafoods were really fresh (I can tell because I’m a seafood person myself!)
The flavors were different than other restaurant, we asked mild spicy and it came out perfect! We drove one hour for this, and it’s totally worth it! We will definitely come back again to try different dishes! High recommend!

The seafood boil was outstanding. The crab legs were meaty and well seasoned, and everything in the tray was cooked perfectly. The corn and potatoes were full of flavor from the sauce, and the lemon added a nice fresh touch. Portions were generous and the presentation looked great. Our server was friendly and attentive and made the experience even better. This was one of the best seafood boils I’ve had and I would absolutely order it again.

We have eaten here weekly sometimes 2 times a week. Ordered to-go tonight only to get home and find a strand a hair in the bottom of one of the food bags. Called the manager and was basically called a liar and he needed pictures to prove myself and needed me to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to return it. No thanks! You’ve lost a customer!

Went during lunch time on a Friday. Only 2 other tables were seated when we arrived.
Waitress had an attitude from the beginning but was extremely nice to other tables. Ordered a lemon and mild boil. It was extremely spicy so I asked if I could get another one made same way but no spice. I said don’t worry I’ll take this one home for kids. Waited for 20 minutes and she brings out a bowl of lemon flavor to go. I asked what it was and she said what you ordered. Sorry but I wanted another boil. Told her don’t worry about it. Took another 20 minutes to get our ticket only for her to charge us for the extra flavor. She never asked if we needed anything. I really feel like she had a chip on her shoulder and didn’t want anything to do with us.

BAD BUSINESS MODEL! POOR SERVICE! We’ve been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars, often bringing friends and family. Tonight was our son’s birthday, so we decided on Juicy for our family of 4—our bill was close to $300. Unfortunately, this was the last time we’ll ever come back.

We ordered Cajun with no spice, and the food came out spicy—the same mistake they made last time we were here. On our previous visit, instead of remaking the food, they took it back, rinsed it off, and re-spiced it. The meat was still spicy and it upset my stomach for two days. This time, we refused to accept that.

On top of that, the food quality was bad. Our calamari was so overcooked it was basically inedible.

Instead of owning the mistake or remaking the food properly, the manager dropped the check on the table and told us we were expected to pay anyway—even though we weren’t going to eat the food and they wouldn’t fix it. He then threatened to call the police. We told him to go ahead, and call the manager/owner—we did nothing wrong. Their cook messed up our order, not us.

They also have photos posted near the entrance of people they accuse of “dining and dashing.” Standing there, I honestly wondered how many of those people were put in the same situation—being forced to pay for food they didn’t order or couldn’t eat.

We weren’t rude. We weren’t trying to get free food. We just wanted what we ordered, made correctly. Instead, we were treated like criminals.

After years of loyalty, this is how Juicy Seafood handled it. We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this place anymore.

The food was amazing the staff was awesome and kind, the only issue was the scary Jack Sparrow statue when you enter the building and the manager. I don’t know this managers name but he is a bald white guy with a temper! We were patiently waiting to be seated and this guy rolls up to the host stand with major attitude!! He was so rude to his employees and unprofessional. One of the lower staff members had to remind him that there were customers right behind him when he started to have a tangent. The only staff member he was nice to was a white man… also inappropriate remarks about incoming groups “they seem like that kind of group”. Not sure what he ment but…
I love this restaurant and I love all the staff but this manager. Our waiter remembered my dogs name and wanted us to say hi to him for him. Amazing service!!! Manager needs some training tho.

DO NOT EAT HERE

This was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and RIDICULOUS experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We are REGULAR customers who come here 1–2 times a MONTH. We spend a good amount of money here. We ordered our food NO SPICE — very clearly. The food came out SPICY anyway. When we explained the issue, instead of remaking it properly, we were told they could just wash the seafood off and put no spice on it. That does NOT work, and they know it. Once the seasoning is in, it’s in. We’ve had this happen before.

We refused to accept food we couldn’t eat, and instead of handling it like adults or managers, staff THREATENED to call the police on us. Over a WRONG order. Let that sink in.

We weren’t yelling, we weren’t scamming, and we weren’t asking for free food. We simply didn’t want to eat food that could cause STOMACH issues because the kitchen messed up. Threatening customers with COPS over a mistake YOU made is insane behavior.

This place is NOT cheap, and customers deserve RESPECT — especially loyal ones. If this is how you treat people when something goes wrong, don’t be surprised when business drops.

Completely unacceptable. We will NOT be returning.

Great experience of a seafood boil with the mess contained (mostly). You order your combo, it arrives in a large plastic bag, housed in a large metal bowl. You get a tray with plastic gloves, a plastic bib, and a large wet wipe for the end. We ordered the Santa’s Gift Christmas Combo that contained a 1/2 lb of shrimp (no heads), a cluster of Snow Crab Legs, potatoes and corn on the cob with the Juicy Special Seasoning. The meal was delicious and challenging (in a good way). They had a decent beer selection at a reasonable price.

The waiter was awesome and fully explained everything while making sure we had everything we needed. The best service we have had in a while for sure.

We will definitely go back when in the Indianapolis area. Loved the entire experience.

1 hour wait? Worth it! Valentines day dinner with the wife was a hit. Food was exceptional. Service was outstanding. Not one person seemed upset about the wait. Worth every minute waiting and every penny spent. Highly recommend!
