The dining area has a consistently unpleasant atmosphere.
The so-called buffet is not a buffet. The trays are almost empty, with very few options available. The explanation given was that they intentionally cook very small portions to keep the food fresh. That may be a valid kitchen strategy, but it contradicts the basic idea of a buffet. If the intention is to serve dishes in limited quantities, this should be a standard restaurant, not a buffet.
They just make people tired of looking at empty trays, so guests will just give up and stop eating. Charging buffet prices while offering no real buffet is misleading. The dessert selection was equally poor.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

I was super excited about the spread-out buffet dinner, but it seemed to be leftovers, and the food was exactly cold. It’s hard to choose something fresh. Either meat or fruit, it all looked dry and soggy.

Lots of options, and all of them are great!
Simple review, but there really isn’t much more to add… It’s a buffet, so you get your own food; and if you want something grilled, they’ll bring it to your table when it’s ready.

The food itself was subpar, the service was fine. The only thing that turned the whole dining experience to a nightmare was when I saw the chef using the urinal and leaving without washing his hands!! How lovely! Not only do I get to taste the food, but also the chefs special touch!

Used to be good. The hot food and grilled meats and sea food were great. The sushi was basic but good for a quick fix. But that was used to. It has been getting worse, and worse. Not even the grilled food has kept the quality. In my last visit the hot food was hard and rubbery and the grilled food did not have the flavour it should. There was also little choice in the sushi (and it was only 8 pm, we got there a few minutes before 8, actually). We used to like going there for there was food for those that didn’t like sushi but even that has now gone.

Ordered today via Bolt Food for the first time and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sashimi pieces were extremely thin and the other pieces had huge blocks of uncooked/dry rice. The philadelphia rolls (photo) were just atrocious: rice with a thin slice of salmon. Overall, a disappointment for those who appreciate sushi. There are better delivery options nearby (for example Sakura).
