A gentleman named Dakota took our order and he was super kind, made eye contact and took our order correctly.
After he brought us our food is almost checked on us to see if we needed anything else a few times. He also went out of his way to tell us which trash cans to use because he was taking the trash out. He deserves a raise or an award. You don’t see this much in fast food customer service anymore.

Is some McDonald’s used to be my go-to because it was quick service and the food was always good. The last few times I’ve gone I’ve waited in the drive thru line over 20 minutes after the spraker for an online order that I placed at least 15 minutes before I’ve gotten to the store and when I get my food it’s all cold. So why am I waiting 20 extra minutes for the food to be cold. The drive-thru always takes at least 10 minutes from beginning to end at least in my experience. I know when I work there this would have been unacceptable. Chuck and Teresa have really let the place go. It seems like all they care about now is his political beliefs which is screwing over small towns. Very convenient considering the McDonald’s has gone down the way it has

Terrible and unprofessional management and cashiers. I’ve already contacted support about me and my partners experience and just waiting to hear back. Also the food was so greasy it was sticking to the wrappers and tearing it to the point we couldn’t enjoy it. Don’t waste your time or money here until they decide to get actual good people or better food in this place. If I could give this place zero stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

There is ALWAYS something wrong with the food or service at this restaurant. From them forgetting items you ordered, to them leaving ingredients off of items that are supposed to be there, to replacing items they are out of with whatever random food they have left in the store without notifying the customer, to rude staff/management and the list goes on. The only reason why this McDonald’s is still in business is because they are the only one in immediate area. It’s sad that the owners of this store have accepted substandard service as the norm because they know they don’t have any competition nearby and people will have to order here if they want McDonald’s.

I got a RAW chicken nugget and the I tried calling them, but it said the user was busy so then I reset my phone and try it again. Said it was not it was busy again so and then I threw up in their bag that they delivered it in and now I am truly disgusted in this restaurant.

Was treated poorly. They didn’t fulfill our online order and was rude after us asking for the phone number so we could make sure we where given a refund to our card. Was told to not come back said we were trespassing and preceded to call the law.

The audacity of these workers. Never on my life have I had someone so blatantly rude and condescending. I accidentally put my mobile order in for a counter pick up instead of a drive thru, and you would have thought I killed puppies. The other customers were so appalled they even said something about their ridiculous attitudes. It was 6:30 in the morning, i made a mistake. Let’s call off the guard.

First off the line was long and it took some time, which I understand because there was an event in town. But the service was awful, there was a fruit fly in my drink. And the manager was unprofessional when closing the drive thru and dining room saying “Stop all orders they can go to Wendy’s or cookout to bad so sad”. Overall horrible and won’t be coming back.

used to love this place until they hired that one drove-thru girl who is rude as can be. makes me regret going there every time. she rushes you and somehow manages to audibly roll her eyes at you while taking your order at the menu. makes me want to just leave before finishing my order. food is fine.
