The encounter I experienced with Jose was horrible. I simply asked. Could I have my order in two separate bags I was met with attitude and complete rudeness. It was only eight minutes after you all open and I believe I was the third customer so I don’t understand what the hostility and attitude was for the bags were handed out the window and he turned away without a word. After working overnight shift, I’m pretty sure I should be the one with the attitude and short patience. The order he made was also not right he just threw everything for one order in both bags wasting company’s product. There was nothing to differentiate the two orders and he knew that. I’ve been to this location before and have never had an issue. I’ve been to other Chick-fil-A locations that I’ve never had a issue before however this was the worst experience I have ever had with Chick-fil-A. When I tell you the look on that man’s face looked like he wanted to cause me physical harm. I just legitimately don’t understand and I really don’t feel like he needs to be working with the public if he’s going to be in those types of moods. It’s very unsettling, I don’t know if it’s because I’m a female. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black, but I don’t appreciate it. I did not enjoy my meal, I spent the next 30 minutes trying to figure out why I pissed off Jose so much by just asking for a separate bag. I started to go back and ask for my money back, but I felt too uncomfortable. I won’t be returning. VANESSA YOU WERE GREAT THOUGH!

My husband went to get breakfast today and got my 5 year old a chocolate milk my son starts drinking it and he immediately tells us he doesn’t want to continue to drink it I immediately asked him why? He said because it doesn’t taste good. I inspected the milk, the milk bottle has spills all over I went ahead and smelled it it smells really bad it has a thick consistency and bubbles. I’m extremely upset. If anyone is getting their kids milk from chik fil a please inspect their milk because this is unbelievable the expiration date on the milk was for 8/15/25 and the manager was questioning me over the phone if I’m sure it’s bad because they don’t have expired milks. I think with the hot days we have been having I’m so sure they left the case of milk out and didn’t put it in the cooler in a timely manner and they spoiled.

I commend the staff for their courtesy, attention to cleanliness and fresh food served. I had to ask a worker to remind the kids in the play-scape of the height and age limit. She didn’t hesitate to respond. Thank you for well trained staff. A sign should be posted on the door like the one at many other chick-fil-A locations…..

Simple. It is fast, delicious, and consistent quality all-around. I usually order ahead on the mobile app, so I only have to wait a few minutes to get my food (and not wait in long line). Plus, the rewards are definitely better than other fast food franchises.

The manager was nice and explained the situation. The app said to pull forward and will be right out. But was unclear on where to pull forward so I had to wait for my food for 30 minutes. It said 6:51 and my food wasn’t ready until 7:22

I absolutely loved my visit here. As tried as I was I was struggling to decide on where and what to eat. Google maps suggested Chick-fil-A. I enjoy the food, loved the table service, but the atmosphere was so peaceful and serine. CHICK-FIL-A should be the model standard for business everywhere.

Very disappointing experience at this location. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and the shift leader, Naysa, told me it was my fault. When I asked for a refund, she handed me a receipt, said “you’re all set,” and walked away. After driving off, I realized it wasn’t a refund receipt. When I called the store, she said maybe she forgot to tell me it was a remake receipt, no apology at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for a shift leader.

I stopped with my fencing team during a two hour bus trip, worried it would take forever because they were moderately busy, but we had our food and were on the road again in 5-10 minutes. Plus, the workers there were so nice and wished us a good day!

I haven’t visited this place for about 2 years. I always loved Chick-fil-A. I decided to stop by yesterday to pick up the chicken nuggets. I purchased the 30 nugget pack and some waffle fries. Once I got home and opened up my bag of food, I was truly disappointed. I started counting the nuggets because this should have been a 30 pack of nuggets but I barely got 24 out of them. There were pieces of hard flour not chicken counted as a nugget in my box. I did take pictures so you can take a look at what I saw. I would not exactly call these nuggets. They were little bitty pieces of chicken breasts that would not even make it to being a nugget. Well I guess I’ll wait another two years before I come back. I’ll just pull some chicken breast out of the freezer and make my own next time.
