Please don’t go here unless you want to be disappointed and robbed of your money. It cost $4.79 for extra whip cream, chocolate syrup and extra Oreo. The regular size of the cup was downsized significantly, the amount of whip cream was not generous and there was no extra Oreo topping/hot fudge. Not to mention the soft serve was not filled to the top so I felt cheated out of ice cream. The reason for that was to prevent whip cream from being thrown from the cup…Makes no sense! Mix the entire thing and put the whip cream on last. I’m paying for it! I’m just supposed to drive home while my partially melted soft serve deflates? No empathy or anything to fix the issue smh.. I’ll never give them my business again. Way to ruin my experience.. I guess that’s the McDonald’s way of doing things..

I am probably one of the most regular customers at this McDonald’s location, and I sometimes visit several times each week. What I have observed over the past couple months is nothing less than the crappiest chain experience I have ever had. Breakfast shift has their stuff together for the most part. The afternoon and evening shift, however, keep churning out progressively worse quality. Once I waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get moving. Another time I waited 25 minutes, parked, in clear view of the main window, after my simple combo order was pulled while a HUGE order of like 40 meals was sitting right next to the restaurant. My order was completely forgotten about. I had to go in myself later and get it, and all I was offered is a free iced coffee. I also have heard from multiple customers like me that most of their orders are incomplete.

Drive thru lady was very rude and unprofessional. My kids changed their minds of what they wanted before I even finished telling the drive thru person the order. When I told her she said oh my god seriously I have to redo this whole order. Which the only thing I changed about the order was 1 sandwich had Mac sauce and onions added. She then stated that I need to know what I want to order before approaching the drive thru line, which I normally always do. I was very apologetic because I know how challenging customer service can be at times as I’m a general manager at a fast food establishment. When I got to the window it was a young teenager who proceeded to roll her eyes as she told me the total and then JERKED the money out of my hand. This is not the first time I’ve been to this McDonald’s where they have had a very young teenager working the drive thru line and they have been rude. I think the managers need to do a better job at training their employees, also checking on them frequently to make sure they’re not being overstimulated by a rush as I know it can get very busy and would assume it gets overwhelming to teenage kids who have never had a job. Maybe try putting older, more experienced employees in those positions and let the kids stock, help pack orders, clean, make drinks until they prove and ask for further responsibilities. I think the manager staff works very poorly in making decisions that affect the business.

I went through the drive thru at 9:45 pm. I only ordered a cheeseburger meal and a couple of sundaes. They made me pull up to the third window. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting. I finally had to go back to the second window and ask for my order to which they replied, what order? I waited more. I finally got my order and when I got home, it wasn’t even right. I only gave them one star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. They are awful. I don’t recommend. Go eat ANYWHERE else.

This is a great McDonald’s location. My family enjoys getting food here. The food is fresh and hot, the line moves pretty quickly, and the staff are friendly. Overall, this is a great place to get McDonald’s.

Completely got my order wrong at the menu. Said they would fix it at the window. Never asked me at the window to confirm my order. Put ice in the drink even though ordered without. Half a carton of fries. Cashier was pleasant in the drive-thru. Person handing out orders never said a word not even “have a nice day”

Just ordered take out, and paid 2.00 more than this time last year. All I ordered was 2 Cheeseburger Combo. Coke is flat, cheeseburgers were cold, and nasty, and fries were greasy and old. I have had had some bad experiences at McDonald’s but this is the worst. Plus they won’t answer their phone, and I know why! I’m not the only one not happy.

I loved this McDonald’s, until they told me they “weren’t doing mobile orders” when I pulled up to the speaker and refused to do anything other than cash orders. My order was already placed and PAID FOR and there’s no way to refund or cancel it in the app. If you’re not going to take mobile orders after a certain time, that should be reflected clearly in the app or at the drive thru window.

It’s fine. I hope I can update this review at some point, but our order has been incomplete 5 visits in a row. In speaking to others, it’s a common problem. Not worth the hassle right now.
