This was a big mac without anything in the top. Do better Elkin. The fries were only half of a medium portion. I was parked and waited longer than I should’ve had to wait for fast food. The manager who delivered the food to my truck was a smart ass. Terrible terrible terrible……

Honestly, yall need to look into this new general manager yall have. It is completely unacceptable for a manager to be yelling as much as she was and with as profane of language as she used. Shouting f bombs and C words. That is completely unacceptable. Towards a probably majority staff full of minors and young people. Almost every customer I was around had a look of either shock, or were staring at all the commotion being made by her. All of this over some obsession with times? This is ridiculous.

The woman working at the drive-thru was very sweet and I liked the lay-out of the restaurant. My fries were delicious and so was my vanilla ice cream cone. However, my double cheeseburger didn’t taste great. Too many pickles and way too much mustard.

Our order was repeated to us correctly but was two med, fries short. Rather than the manger walk over to the window i had to park limp in the store to show my receipt. Which i did and let her know where to place them. I found a Chick-fil-A close by got great service, 2 waffle fries, and haven’t returned. Thanks McDonald’s manager.

I am greatly impressed with the wide range of dysfunction at this McDonald’s location. This location has the all too familiar frequent outages with ice cream and speciality coffees, though sometimes impressively long. I have also seen them go days without large cups or Coke. Not a day – days!
The service is also hit or miss. While the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, they are not well trained. Table service from the mobile app is treated like a Door Dash order or may be brought out. Though it would seem that treating it as a to go order would warrant providing the drink or at least cup.
I don’t know who the regional manager for this location is but I hope their replacement does better.
Also, how does one singe a burger fried with a press. The mind wanders…

Ketchup only does not mean extra onions. Plus we did not get all of the food we ordered. Food was hard cold and nasty. We were traveling and won’t make the mistake of stopping here ever again.

I don’t eat fast food often let alone in this town! I will never ever eat or buy anything from here again! Not only did I wait for my order 15minutes plus! I had to go inside and get it! The manager did not offer any type of free incentive for the wait! The manager Lulu was very apologetic ! I ordered 6 chicken biscuits / big breakfast! Got home and 1 of the chicken biscuits was not only broke apart but had a hair in it! The big breakfast was missing the hash brown! I did return the order to manage Lulu or Leann! She told me both names! Instead of refunding the whole order she only did for my two biscuits! I also informed her the hash browns were missing as well! A rude and unprofessional employee by the name of “heather” yelled “I put the hash brown on top”! I will be contacting corporate! Upon leaving I did let the manager know I was reporting them and that woman Heather as well! Heather was in the background continuously trash talking!Dont recommend! Wish they had no stars option!

I placed an order on the kiosk and never received my food. I was told by the manager on duty that it never showed up on the screen. I didn’t get a receipt to be able to prove that I did place an order but I called my bank and I had proof that I did pay for my food. I have made numerous complaints about this situation and the manager of the Elkin NC restaurant will not contact me!!! The manager at the time of said incident said that there was nothing he could do about it.
