Very rude employees. Staff were yelling at each other and handing food to customers in a dismissive, unfriendly way. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I won’t be returning to this location, and honestly, this experience makes me reconsider coming back at all. Ordering through the website and app has also been frustrating and unreliable.

While this restaurant is pretty immaculate in cleanliness, they suffer in terms of consistency, quality, and service.
I placed a pick-up order to have a fast experience getting my food during a busy day. When I got to the pick-up shelf, I saw that they don’t even put your orders on the shelf! They just keep them in the back, making it super inconvenient to get your order. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the back to give us our orders. This does affect quality as our food is getting cold just sitting there.
I got their new garlic guajillo steak bowl, expecting a great experience. The steak was not good. It was inedible, tough, and too chewy to even eat.
Unfortunately the proportions are also way off. I received almost no steak in the entire bowl! It was mostly just rice.
Overall this Chipotle doesn’t hit the mark in terms of service and quality, which are 2 hugely important aspects in the restaurant business. I do hope they fix this so that we can give this another try.

Got some food from here being it was not bad the 1st time I got some. This time around my food was cold, no flavor and just over al I’m nasty. I got sick after. Wouldn’t, cheese was clumpy. Do not recommend to this spot. To bad I was a fan of chipotle for a while but looks like they are getting worse in terms of food quality.

The manager is a creep who makes their customers uncomfortable with a lot of unnecessary talk, and the workers are not treated good and are often times harassed. I was there with my girlfriend the other day, and as the manager was passing the food to her, he said some things in a flirty manner in Spanish and was very much obviously hitting on her right in front of me which made her VERY uncomfortable. As good as the food is, we might not return until there’s new management because THAT guy is NOT IT.

Ordered extra protein, extra black beans, and tipped 20%, but got a sad, half-empty bowl. This location used to be one of the few that didn’t skimp, but as of 03/08/2025, that’s no longer the case. Looks like they brought in a new manager to cut portions. Service is slow—you’ll wait 5-10 minutes just for someone to hand you your pickup order. Used to be worth it. Never returning unless I want to set my money on fire for a handful of kibbles and bits

DO NOT EAT CHIPOTLE IN TMC. Tmc chipotle is dirty and kitchen look dirty . Service is poor steak is out of stock. Cashier on cellphone not even looking at customer. station is dirty fill with trash. Afrid the my bag will touch the table or station. I will not eat chipotle in tmc. No wonder they have low start compare to other chipotle.

Horrible chipotle to eat. They put so much salt on their meat that I had to throw away the bowl, it was impossible to eat it. Also they lack staff and it takes forever to be able to pay. Better eat on the neighbor restaurants

While the food was good, it was incredibly greasy! I ordered a barbacoa salad and there was barely any lettuce and the lettuce was soaked in grease. I also found some other meat in the salad, I think it was chicken but it was so tough I couldn’t eat it. Also we ordered two large chip bags and there was so few chips! One of the bag looks like it is less than 1/4th full.

Guy working the register on 3/5/2024 at 4 pm is extremely rude. Accused me of ordering guacamole and not paying for it when I politely said that I didn’t have guacamole. He then asked me if I was positive, which I said I was. He then stopped the line and went to his coworker and asked if I ordered guacamole who vouched that I didn’t. I even told him he could open the bowl and check himself. Very rude, condescending and discriminatory. I am sure I was treated this way because I am black. Here’s a picture of the bowl. NO GUAC. Learn to treat people with respect. You can ruin someone’s day.
