Easy take out dinner.
Everything on our order was correct.
Shocker right? BK is our goto fast food. For some reason, the buns do not affect my gluten sensitivity. It is a mystery to me.

The cashier seems upset that she had to wait on people. As soon as we sat down she asked somebody if she could have 5 more minutes and went outside. The burgers were thrown together and looked horrible. There wasn’t a clean table in the entire place. We had to use napkins to clean a table to sit down. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped all day. Trash all over tables, counters, window seals, wall dividers. Took a couple of pictures but doesn’t do justice on how bad it looked.

They were very nice and friendly. Outspoken. Fish sandwiches were ok? Not what I expected. They did cook then fresh because we had to pull to the side and wait for them. The fries were hot but very salty. But definitely would go back.

You pay $10 for microwaved food which is worth maybe 4 and they throw a fit over over one sauce that probably costs 5 cents. The person in the window Barbara is a huge disgrace to this restaurant. Her nasty personality clearly doesn’t bother the higher up management

I visit this location often, sometimes 3x weekly due to convenience of location. Today as I approached the counter the woman expediting orders was clearly eating on the line. She was holding my order of onion rings/french fries while chewing when I asked her if she was actually eating food on the line while packaging my dinner. She quickly finished chewing & opened her mouth wide and said she wasn’t eating anything. I told the manager that I did not want my order because that’s disgusting. When I asked the woman her name she of course said Francie…F.R.A.N.C.I.E. NOT with a Y but with an I & an E
The manager never said a word & her response is indicative of someone who is never held to be accountable or to any standards such as food safety & hygiene along with a serious lack of customer service ability.
