We went for a company holiday dinner. It was a table of 7. We were at the Nashville TN location. The manager Rose was so friendly and engaging. She made sure we had everything we needed. And our server Zach was awesome!! He was very engaging and made us laugh. He checked on us frequently and took great care of us while we were there. The service was top tier and the food was delicious!! And the dessert was as phenomenal! The place was very clean and the lighting was just right. Overall a great experience!! Definitely recommend this location!!

Went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and overall the experience was a 10/10! My steak initially came out a bit too fatty, but the manager (who mentioned he was from Biloxi) handled the situation perfectly. He offered to remake my steak with a new side — and even added an additional side on the house. His professionalism and customer service truly made up for the issue and turned the experience around completely.
The food ended up being delicious, and the dessert was the perfect finish — highly recommend the cheesecake! Big thanks to the team for making my mom’s birthday dinner special.

We had the best Anniversary dinner thanks to our server Alyssa and the manager Gordon!
When we walked in, there was a placement card with happy anniversary and rose petals. A lovely surprise!
The service was impeccable and timely, Alyssa was super friendly and personable! And the hostess were lovely to have conversation with.
The bread was super fresh! And the steak was Devine! Cooked absolutely perfect with a crunchy outside and soft inside!!! All of their sides were perfect, I recommend the mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes!
Gordon came up to talk to us and personally congratulated us on our Anniversary. He was amazing to have conversation with as well, and the personal touch definitely made this a memorable experience.
We will definitely be returning for our next anniversary and recommend it for yours!

Liza was an excellent. Gordon the manager was also excellent.
We shared the Porterhouse for two along with Sweet Potato Casserole and Brussel Spouts.
Our appetizer was the Spicy Shrimp and we had a Ruth Chris Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce for dessert.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting. We ate in the dining room near the wine display.
The bar area was well lite and very busy.
We had a great time and we will be back.

I made reservations for my wife and I for her birthday here! The parking is free at the near by hotel. There atmosphere was calm and romantic, but we had a seat right at the door which made it cold and also chilled our food. Our waitress was ok, she talked alot(about herself) but did recommend the lobster Mac which we LOVED!! They put bday decorations on the table which was cute, but didn’t give my wife any dessert, which is normal bday practice at most fine dinning spots. We order the 11oz. Sirloin ( very tender&juicey), sweet potato casserole (a must have), lobster Mac which was amazing, and Brussels were ok! The problem besides being at a table by the window and no comp dessert is, we took food Togo bc the lobster Mac was a nice portion. However, our waitress grabbed our food and boxed it herself(not the right way), and when we got home our lobster Mac and sweet potato casserole fell in the driveway as we were carrying it in. Those two alone was $46 and now a waste, so we’re pissed! We didn’t get to even enjoy the food. So the experience could’ve been better, we feel cheated! Don’t know if we’ll be back!!

As a restaurant owner myself, I understand the challenges of consistently delivering high-quality meals, so I truly appreciate the effort it takes to get everything just right. Ruth’s Chris exceeded my expectations!
The food was fantastic, and I rarely order steak when dining out due to my high standards, but I made an exception this time—and I was not let down! The service was outstanding as well. In a city where attentive service can sometimes be hit or miss, their staff was always accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

I have long heard of this restaurant, for me it did not live up to the hype. The atmosphere was sufficient for that of a steakhouse.
The steak itself was okay, it was not bad but not the best either.
The desserts were delicious as well the Caesar’s salad.

Rose & her staff @ Ruth’s Chris Nashville are great hosts, very accommodating and as always great food. We were there for the FCS football national championship game last weekend and they went above and beyond! Thank you and hope to visit again soon.
