Every time I order nuggets they come “deformed” I can’t place my finger on it… but they always have something oozing out of them. I ordered thru DoorDash so maybe that? But even then u have to see the nuggets as ur making the order… right?

THE WORST. We waited in the long drive thru, ordered our ice cream, only to be told they ran out of ice cream. Like why not tell me when I’m ordering?? Very disappointed. & they were rude. Will never come back. I will drive 30 minutes to another place just for better service.

I never leave a review on anything ever but now im compelled to let the world know that this very specific Mcdonalds in Sneads Ferry NC is the absolutly the worst. I have been to McDonald’s all over the world. From Dubai to Germany to Spain and the Netherlands to my very first McDonald’s in Saint pauls NC where I actually worked my very first job.the consistent problem is simple, it’s supposed to be fast food. It never is, today January 15th no traffic no visitors I was the 1 vehicle in the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and cheese burger on a crunch time lunch date with my wife in between our busy daily..well we got pulled ahead to sit in a stand by window which is a very common theme here and when we did get our food the fries were sad wet and cold. This experience is not just a one off this is the regular and it’s pretty sad but now im switching my fast food options to something edible and warm.

This location is comically bad. You will be lucky to make it out within 40 minutes when you go through the drive thru. You are truly one of God’s favorites if your order is correct. I am baffled at the level of incompetence. Make sure you check your order before driving away, and if you order through a delivery app–be sure to get your refund because they will surely get something wrong.

I always use the app for the rewards, but even if you order ahead of time, there’s a 90% chance they’re gonna have you do some time in spot 1 while they prepare it though you ordered it 15 minutes ago. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes you’re waiting for a solid minute. Everyone is friendly. Food is fine.

Ordered 2 Big Macs, 2 lg fries, double quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 piece meal with Diet Coke.. was told to pull in number two and they were waiting on the double cheeseburger and will be out in two minutes. 20 minutes later after four people came to my car with different orders other than mine, I was greeted for a fifth time and I asked the girl to remake my order since nobody could find it. Her response was I’m sure it’s coming out. A couple minutes later, she came out with a bag and read it off. You ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, a Big Mac, large fry and a 10 piece? I then read off what I had on my receipt and she says yes this is your order. I then said that only says one big Mac and doesn’t have the full order on there.She said its all in there. I left, got to my destination and there was a big Mac missing exactly what I told her was missing was missing.. I then tried to call the store several times and the phone does not work. I have been here Several times and the waits are horrible. I feel that the owner of the store needs to make an unannounced visit at night as it would be a big eye opener. The store is losing a lot of money!!!! People will not come back I promise..

One of the worst McDonald’s around. It’s always wrapped around the building and its not because of the hot food. They take order after order and pull every car forward to the parking spots to wait for their food. When someone comes to deliver the food, there is a high probability it’s the wrong order and the employees end up going from parked car to parked car asking if the order they’re holding belongs to them. I’ve been told to “pull forward to spot 1” and waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger happy meal. It’s very clear they care more about their serve times on the screen than actually providing any quality service. The only reason I come here is for my child.

This has to be the worst location of any McDonald’s I’ve ordered from. I gave them one last chance this morning and they once again screwed it all up… ordered 2 breakfast burrito meals from DoorDash… when the (sealed) bag arrived, I had 3 burritos instead of the 4 that should have been in the bag. Everything was cold and our hash browns were so old that they weren’t edible (dried out and hard as a rock). And no napkins nor any straws for our orange juices. How LAZY can y’all be in Sneads Ferry??

normally i order through doordash, and i never really have a problem. today i went in and placed an order for takeout, for 2 large fries, large coke, large dr pepper, 1 spicy mcchicken, and one regular. my large coke was barely even filled, and had NO ice. they forgot my other fry that i DEFINITELY paid for, and they forgot straws. i gave them a 10 dollar tip, and they still messed up my order.
