Does it matter what the food is like when the restaurant is so dirty? Everything is so unhygienic with food stains everywhere. I don’t understand you spend so much money on beautiful ambience but you cannot take five minutes to get the stains off the chairs, food crumbs on the floor. I changed my Table twice yet the pieces of bread on the floor no matter where I sat. I went 3 PM on a weekday so there’s no excuse for this dirtiness. Very unhygienic restaurant . The state health department should look at this place. Very poor reflection of Indian cuisine look at my pictures.
Addendum:
Dear owner
I’m sure you take a lot of pride in your falsely assumed standards. So let me clarify.
Those stains look weeks old. Your chairs have scattered curry stains that maybe months old. Nice try if you’re trying to convince others the stains just happened.
Just look at That shabby bowl of soup with food running down the sides. Customers can get better presentation from a food truck compared to your restaurant. Pictures speak a thousand words.
So please save your excuses for someone else.
And to give you the benefit of the doubt, I will visit your restaurant again outside of 3 to 5 and let’s see what I uncover. I will gladly delete my review if I’m wrong.

One of the best panner tikka biryani spot in Piscataway. Also they have really good dosa’s. Owner is very down to earth and this restaurant has chef’s from Mumbai, Bangalore and Nepal so they have a great food. Must visit this place.

Best Vegetarian Restaurant !! Buffet on every Saturday and Sunday, plus they have dine-in and take-out. You will surely enjoy the Service and food. Love the taste. I would say 10 out of 5 ( giving extra 5 on fresh and 100% veg menu )

Definitely recommend this place for authentic South Indian vegetarian food.
Always consistent with the food quality and quantity.
They never disappoint with their quality and service.

Do NOT go here. The customer service is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The staff makes you feel like they’re irritated that you even walked in. On top of that, the food is below average and absolutely not worth the attitude. I had hair in my paneer tikka masala, and when I complained, the waiter shamelessly claimed it was my hair. No apology, no concern, just blame. This place has zero respect for customers. Strongly recommend staying far away.

Saturday Buffet: Food taste is not good in buffet whether it’s main course or chat, out of all I just liked Cut Mirchi, and Ice cream.
This is the first time I felt disappointed dining outside.
Normally I don’t write review, I thought to write this time.

Best best South Indian food. Best mysore masala dose. The North Indian food is very nice too. Food is made fresh.. Very authentic namma Bengluru style food. The food has clean ingredients and served hot. The owner gave me Rasam to taste on a cold winter day and it was literally the best ! Try the South Indian thali and they have v authentic Rasam Rice.

Very nice vegetarian restaurant. They have buffet lunch every weekends. Buffet includes Plain dosa, Mysore masala dosa & Masala dosa. It was over all good and people can eat as much as they can. Reasonable sitting spaces are available. You can reserve entire space for any family events. You can also order from the menu if you want. Taste of the food was good. Staff is very nice. Limited parking spots are available. See pics and videos for more details. Thanks

We went for sunday lunch buffet which costed us $55 USD for 2 persons. They didn’t have lots of food variety, only two desserts were served (carrot halwa, rasmalai). As a dessert lover this was very disappointing. Other Foods were quite good & they served fresh dosa & pani puri on the buffet which was impressive! Overall 7.5/10 .

We dined in here after long long time for buffet.
This was our fav vegetarian restaurant before covid for breakfast and buffet.
But this time, the food was just ok and it was fine with the taste but not many options.
Also, nothing was being refilled and all the trays looked empty all the time. Taste was better but rice could have been maintained well.
For the price we paid, 25$ for each person, i expected a little more tasty stuff.
Idlis were not so soft, there were no complimentary drinks, rice items were soo dry, very less appetizers, not much of refilling.
They could do much more better to maintain the repeated audience.
I liked the standards of chand palace compared to this one.
Please consider to improve the quality….
