I went to this location on 08/01/2023 at 9:30 pm. I was being ignored at the drive-thru, when they finally decided to take my order along with the discount code, that they did not apply to the order and lied about not knowing why it was not applied. Because they refused to apply it and the management (or the guy in the headphones taking orders made up policies about why the code could not be applied and did not know how the points can be redeemed. This rude and deflecting manager is a part of the problem for the slack services and old nasty food they service and get mad and nervous when a customer asks for fresh food. This is ridiculous because we are paying for food we can eat without being made sick. They need to serve fresh sandwiches, French fries and drinks. This location also has an attitude that they don’t like serving all demographics but from reading the reviews it seems like they are negligent in serving all customers.

Went around midnight. Waited twenty minutes to order in the drive through. Got to the window and was told my extra pickles weren’t on the ticket after I asked for them at the speaker. Was denied the extra pickles and the girl at the window was extremely rude. Zero respect for customers. Coming from a person who works in customer service, this was unacceptable. I have never in my life felt so disrespected and completely ignored at a fast food restaurant. Pitiful. Do better.

Me and my partner went to come eat here today, ordered at the kiosk and waited over minutes. We came to realize their system had an issue. We addressed the issue to the workers there, we were confronted by a very angry manager. Extremely rude and ignorant. Saying she was “losing money”, and that she would not serve us. I showed them my bank account, as well as the order number. They saw it ok the screen with their own eyes and then took it off the screen tv and said “it wasn’t there”. This same worker confronted us and said he would not serve us, yelled at me, and was very unprofessional. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant, I myself have worked fast food, as well as my sister working at the same place. I know they can pull the order up in the system but the workers were too lazy to do anything at all. The management at this establishment is horrible, the manager doesn’t know how to manager her workers, the workers themselves have a attitude, and the place itself is in a disgusting state, literal stains stuck on the counters and floor. Just an absolutely horrific experience. Luckily I was able to keep my composure throughout the time but I know many others in my situation wouldn’t have been able to. They took advantage of the fact that I am a young, colored girl that can’t do much. I do not recommend this Mcdonald’s to anyone, located at REA RD BLAKENEY!!

The drive-through staff was totally disconnected. No “Hello” no “Thank you.” I waited at the payment window while the employee stood on the other side of the window talking to another employee and looking at their cell phones, totally ignoring me. Thinking this was a one-time situation, I have since gone back twice. After 3 tries and 3 rude experiences (plus sloppy food preparation), they lost my business.

Terrible manager, would not give me the benefit of the doubt when I told him food was missing. Had to go back to my car and show him receipt and missing items from my bag before he begrudgingly helped me. Wait lines in the evening can go past 45 minutes for small orders. If you can, it’s worth it to drive down the road to Waverly McDonalds for much better food and service.

Middle-aged darker woman is always rude. Never has a good attitude. Never professional. Last time I got served I got the wrong order. I pulled to the window. I said that my orders not right. Dirty restaurant. Trash in parking lot. Rude staff. Cold, dried out food. This McDonald’s is very convenient and I would eat there 3-4 times a week if the food was not consistently terrible.
