I placed a Curbside Pickup order and waited around 20 minutes – nobody brought it out. When I finally went inside, my order was just sitting there on the counter. I told the cashier that it was mine, and instead of being helpful, she gave me a look like she was doing me a favor by handing it over — even though I had been waiting for so long.

We went here after a fun day at Martha, Rivers Park and fully enjoyed ourselves. We sat down and got a little meal and a little treat for the kiddos and just enjoyed some air conditioning and a very clean store while we were there. I would also like to add that we had no issues with our food. That is a rarity and fast food this day and age. We were able to get everything correctly. The first time it was hot. It was fresh and I fully enjoyed my snack wrap. Also, where some people don’t bring your food straight to your table even though the Service is offered a very nice young lady brought us our food. We will be coming back again after another one of our park trips.

We ate here on September 18, 2025 while our EV was charging at the Tesla chargers in the Franklin Square parking lot. The service and food were fine, but access to the restaurant was not. The sidewalk from the doors was painted black ending in an 8″ drop to the drive. My wife didn’t notice the curb, stepped off bumping her head, hand, knee and elbow and spraining her ankle. A kind bystander and the manager on duty were sympathetic and helpful in getting her in the car. The sidewalk definitely needs work.

I went to this location 12/17 btw 2:50-3:10p due to being in a rush and not having eaten all day. I ordered a 6pc chicken nuggets kids meal, double fries, a sprite & buffalo sauce. When I paid for my food at the 1st window I asked for my receipt & was told that I would get it at the 2nd window. The girl with dark spots all over her face hands me my food in a McDonald’s paper bag & to myself I am like okay. I then ask for 2 packs of ketchup she has an attitude with her lips stuck out, gets it and tell me to have a blessed day. I tell her the same while looking at her shaking my head because something is clearly wrong. I get back to where I needed to be. What I got vs what I ordered was a 4pc nugget, double fries, a sprite with hot mustard sauce in a McDonald’s bag without a toy or a receipt. Lol, I am glad that the meal was for me that’s why I didn’t trip out about the food being in a bag and not having a toy but they didn’t know that. If you run out of something you suppose to tell customer. 9 times out of 10 they give you the wrong food and have an attitude but they don’t understand when the customer has one. And the owners wants to know why do people patronize Chic fil a. I have never experienced an employee at Chic fil a with an attitude and 9 times out of 10 your order is correct.

Customer service wasn’t good here, the females didn’t have anything on their long hair including the manager! Had to pull up and wait for the food which was warm by the time we got it‼️‼️‼️ and still had missing items, I won’t be returning here unless I absolutely have to ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Worst service ever In this place you get your order after 20 minutes , they just prioritize drive -thru
People inside wait for the order , door dashers, seniors waiting for the “fast food” that is not anymore in this place ! You wait several minutes for cold fries… don’t waste your money and your time in this place
They have bad attitude , if you want to use the bathroom you have to ask and if they want they approach to the counter to open it ..
If you want to eat “fast” don’t go inside or even use your app

Just watched an employee walk into the bathroom with food gloves on. Then walk back out with the same gloves. Definitely didn’t wash their hands. A gross health hazard. Never coming back.

There were soooo many people waiting for food inside. They prioritize drive through over inside. I ordered on kiosk inside. There was no paper so I was in the dark. Two young customers ordered on kiosk and were there when I got there and were waiting to pay when I got there. I got my food first. If you can’t do both don’t do both. I had no clue what my order number was and when I told cashier she said oh it’s ok. No it’s not. I know your short staffed but pay better or chose what’s important customer service or sales.

Manager does not know how to address customers. Ignores you and doesnt try to help you. They want you to use the kiosk and when that doesnt work they should help you. I had a issue with the kiosk ordering and i tried to get help she came over ask what was wrong i told her part of my isssue and walked off before i could finish what i was saying. I ordered my food to dine in they stuffed my food and a togo back and handed it to me. I dont understand the reason for my bad service. This was my first time at this location and definitely will be my last.

Almost every single time I order from this location doesn’t matter whether it’s from the McDonald’s app or if it happens to be via doordash there is always an issue whether it’s ordering it is curbside and waiting so long that they forget about me and I have to walk in or the order being incorrect I recommend going to any other location
