This makes the 3rd time and 3xxx you’re out and I’m out. McDonalds their is definitely something going on with your Sausage. This isn’t the first time I have found chipped bones in my Sausage from you, This time it chipped my tooth it’s not just this location either. Now that’s going to cost me about $300 at my dentist. This is ridiculous and don’t blame your supplier it’s MCDONALDS that should make sure their customers are happy and safe while eating your food. Replace your sausage supplier. Drive thru worker couldn’t understand his own menu, repeating back the order incorrectly several times. Upon finally placing my order I was given the completely wrong thing only to find out that despite several attempts to clarify before. Upon asking for a refund because of this we were mocked by other employees before being given a refund for part of the order despite them taking the whole order back. The manager was helpful in attempting to resolve this our second time around, but the rest of the staff was completely useless and actively made the store worse

McDonald’s can be hit or miss even at a individual location. I was there last Saturday night after not being at any McDonald’s for over a year when a craving hit. The fries were perfect, my quarter pounder was perfect, the coke was perfect. Take a chance and give them a shot!

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They gave our order to someone else and gave us someone else’s. I went to the counter to straighten it out and a lady was up there who had gotten our order They had already bitten on a nugget and the employee gave it to us like that instead of remaking the order. Then refused to give us sauce because they put it in the other bag that they gave the other people. The lady working was the rudest employee I’ve ever met everyone in there was complaining highly recommend going somewhere else until there’s changed made here with staffing.

Absolutely terrible service. The cashier at the front kept ignoring people and rolling her eyes at them when asked about their orders or to correct their orders. Waited for 20min before asking where our food was only to find out it had been sitting on their assembly counter the whole time. Go sit down to eat and realize they still forgot half of what we ordered. Even attempting to ask for straws to drink our iced coffee, I was looked at, eyes rolled at and then ignored. This is the WORST McDonald’s I ever been to. Staff obviously doesn’t want to be there, very unprofessional and slow. This happened before so I gave them another chance, same exact outcome. Also, ordered 2 Apple pies and received 2 (cherry) I guess they were cherry pies. Total waste of money. Plus I couldn’t get a receipt due to no receipt paper. Would have gave 0 stars if I could.
