Horrible service. No one moves with the intent on getting things done. If you have a mobile order you will still end up waiting 15 mins and have to go inside to get your food that’s been sitting in the counter getting cold. There’s definitely no shortage of workers there plenty of them having conversation the entire time you’re waiting on your food. Needs to be shut down again. Pack of restaurants is no reason not to have good service.

I usually try to give someone the benefit of the doubt but tonight the service was slow and food was “barely warm”. No where to sit down up front because all the seats were filled by employees and their friends. So I waited around the side after getting my drinks. Finally went back around front to check on my order. The manager asked if I had placed my order and I said yes. She asked for my order number and said it was ready but no one had called my number saying it was ready (ice cream sitting there melting ). I believe it starts at the “Top ” with ownership in the reflection of how this place is run. If there were other restaurants to compete against in the area they would be out of business. Employees could have been cleaning up the dining area but instead were arguing over who was going to wash dishes. It’s this type of service why my support of this location has decreased significantly. First time I have been back in over a month and probably the last time for an indefinite time.

Whoever runs this restaurant lacks the experience required to do the job correctly. When it takes over 25 minutes to make a simple breakfast sandwich, hashbrown, and fill a cup with orange juice you know there’s a massive problem. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
