I’m honestly shocked and disgusted. I went to this McDonald’s in Greensboro and ordered a burger, and when I bit into it, I noticed something strange. After checking, I found a condom inside my food. I’ve never experienced anything like this before in my life.
This is completely unacceptable — it’s not just unsanitary, it’s dangerous. I immediately lost my appetite and couldn’t believe something like this could happen at such a well-known restaurant. I really hope corporate takes this seriously and investigates how this happened.

This is my 4th visit where nothing went right. They didn’t fill my tea up I asked if they could the employee told me to park for my fries and ignored me so I asked him again to “please” fill my tea up. He said its full and told me to pull forward. I then waited 17 mins for a fresh fry to be made on my 30 minute lunch break… needless to say I was late getting back to work and they forgot the honey mustard they charged me for. No one ever answers the store phone when you call them so I figured I’d just leave a review this time so that someone will hear about it and possibly do something to improve customer service at this location.

I come thru drive thru for coffee. Card was locked. Told him so I wouldn’t hold up his line I would come in and pay. Get in coffee was thrown away. Only to have counter remake in the same cup. Same cup cause cream and sugar is stamped on cup but I had to add my own. Leave your attitude at home..

Every employee here is absolutely worthless when it comes to their jobs! Multiple times of orders being wrong or just completely forgetting items of the order, and have terrible attitudes when confronted about the issues. The entire staff needs to be addressed and fixed, if you go inside just be prepared to use the kiosk and if you attempt to order face to face plan on waiting 10+ minutes and to be greeted with attitude and poor service. I’ve personally watched elderly people stand at the cash register to order to pay with cash and employees walk right past them and ignore them while playing on phones or joking with their coworkers. Management should be ashamed and embarrassed!

What can you say McDonald’s is consistently not bad for fast food maybe not the healthiest. But when your in a rush by far overall one of the fastest places to stop. The one on Randleman Rd. By Meadowview has some of the Nicest employees out there always polite always quick and so far always hot!!! Big bonus on that… One of the better McDonald’s out there.
