Placed an order via uber eats for a turkey sandwich (buy 1 get 1 free). I Added on green peppers to my order only to find that they Were covered with mold and all over both of my sandwiches. Not only were the green peppers moldy, but the bite I was about to take before discovering the mold had a hair. I even realized I had consumed part of the green pepper that was COVERED in mold (pictured). Uber eats has been very difficult about a refund which is extremely disappointing given that I did not consume either of the sandwiches and had to throw both of them away. I’m not sure how the employees missed black mold on the peppers, but it was extremely obvious. Absolutely unacceptable, hopefully, the moldy peppers were not consumed by any other customers.
Edit: I ended up getting sick the same day. Also notice how the store replies to only the good reviews… no accountability from either firehouse or uber eats

This was the best FireHouse Subs experience I could have had. I am so glad I went over to Pinellas Park FireHouse the customer services is fun and casual and very nice! Very patient and accommodating too as I am very picky. Ashley and Jeff were amazing to me and the food is always tastes perfect and absolutely delicious! They hooked me up with my hook and ladder with side of garlic bread they supersized it. I feel so lucky I was hungry at work and tried to order through DoorDash and going in person for pick up was the best decision! I didn’t have the app on my phone anymore and they let me use my phone number to add points which is an extra consideration bonus for me. This was worth every bit of my 11.44 dollars on a medium hook and ladder and side of garlic bread that was upsized

I did an online order through their website, they use Uber Eats. The Uber drive never showed up and kept my food. Because I didn’t go through Uber directly they won’t even attempt the help or hold the driver accountable. I will never Use uber ever again. But this location listened to my dilemma, and decided to give 2 options, contact the branch manager to help me with the dispute or remake my food free of charge and ready to pick up at my convenience. Companies like Uber are cancer on the American family and economy. Companies like Firehouse Subs keep me faithful in humanity.

Our first time here and we were very happy with the food as it was delicious. Our cashier was a very quiet and polite young man (reason for the 5 star rating) that was surrounded by chaos (reason for the 2 star atmosphere rating). There were 3 other employees and two were ranting loudly and it seemed like they were picking on him. Very unprofessional.

Ordered 2 Thanksgiving subs, cranberry sauce must be expensive , They put very little. I was lucky. I tasted it at all. I’ve had sub there before that were fantastic. Definitely not the Thanksgiving sub. Now Wawa on the other hand, makes a great Thanksgiving sub❣️

Apparently the dining area closes 1 hour prior to close but no signage was displayed or communication given until after we were given our food to go. When we asked for manager’s information we were told they weren’t allowed to give it out. Not a name or anything. We wouldn’t have ordered if we couldn’t sit down and eat as we were passing through.
