In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

One of my favorite MC Donalds locations the people are nice and the place is actually clean unlike some of the locations I have been to in the past. The never mess up my orders and I always leave having had a good experience. My only complaint is the rising prices but that seems to be more of a corporate shift than something that’s down to the local stores, however this location does seem to be slightly cheaper than others I’ve been to.

Nice young lady’s at the windows, but I seen 2 women playing on their phone through the window. Then I got my order and half the order was missing! Maybe they’d got the whole order if they weren’t playing on the phone. Oh then I try several times to call them about what’s missing and it just rang and rang before someone finally answered! Come on ladies, do better!!

This location has gone down terribly in the last year since Austin, Manager left. Ordered a milk shake paid for item and then when pulled up to pick up was told the machine was broken. Took over ten minutes to get a refund. Dirty sticky floors, no ice in machines, no straws out. Windows in drive thru lanes haven’t been cleaned in months. Wish Seven Lakes had another option for fast food. Upper management needs to hold some service training on customer service.
