The only reason this McDonalds is still open is because it is on a highway.
Working in the area and this being the only option for fast food during lunch is so disappointing.
I have never had a good experience at this location. I have never received my correct order and will typically have to “pull forward” to wait almost 30-40 minutes for a cheeseburger and sprite. My entire lunch break and some. It does not matter if you go in either because the kiosk works about half the time if you’re lucky.
Constantly having to contact McDonald’s to get a refund for missing items.
McDonald’s is a quick and easy choice for lunch but the hoops you have to jump through for one order is incredibly ridiculous.

Kids wanted McDonald’s while we were driving, so we stopped. While the ladies working here were kind, the tables were sticky, and there were flies everywhere. My wife and I spent the entire time waving away flies while the kids ate. We do not eat out often, so this was super disappointing . Since we stopped here, I inquired as to whether they were participating in any of the Veterans Day deals for veterans……also no. I’m not sure how they pass health inspection with all the flies!

Every time we come here the workers are unprofessional as well as the managers . When Keisha operated this place it was so much better now with the new management everything is so poor . Including the freshness of the food and customer service has decreased , waited 20 min not to be recognized nor eat . Don’t not eat here the workers will not pay you any attention and they will laugh in your face very rude .

Horrible!!! Whoever prepared food today needs extensive training. Big Macs missing lettuce so they drowned them in the sauce. Completely useless. As always, they never put the sauce you ask for. Top 5 worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

Went thru the drive thru. My burger was over done, not the right toppings, and cold. The wrapper had ketchup on it so I couldn’t hold it in my lap top scrape it off, had to hold it up and a ketchup onion mustard mixture fell onto my new light grey shorts. I was furious! I don’t like going there but anytime I’m in a hurry and have to go there, 9 times out if 10 it’s wrong, cold, or over-done.
