This is by far the worst McDonald’s. The wait times are very long and they get your order wrong almost every time. On 8/2/2023 I went into the restaurant to order and eat. I waited on food for an hour in the restaurant. The person I was with at lunch ordered and had ate and I still didn’t have my food. The restaurant was so unorganized and packed with people waiting on food. This is not a one-time occurence.

Ordered a big Mac meal and double bacon quarter pounder with cheese and the tasted like the sauce was bad and the didn’t put Bacon on the dbl bacon quarter pounder with cheese I took it back on they took my sandwich and came back with bacon in a box and the sandwich which was dry and the fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them really poor service would not eat there the food was horrible and the former McDonald’s employee this is unacceptable when I work there someone would have been fired!

Quality nor efficiency was priority at this restaurant. Waited long time in drive thru as employee took order from other line, then started taking our order, stopped to take order inside restaurant, then eventually after long wait came back and finished our order. Also when got order it was Worst McDouble Id ever had, hard bun, not warm, uneatable. McChicken was sloppy with way too much mayo all over wrappen. Suggest avoiding this location until quality and efficiency improves.

They will leave people sitting at the ordering box in drive thru. They will do 5 people on one lane then do one on the other lane..it’s ridiculous. They don’t keep the waiting line moving like it should. If you special order anything “plain” or no ketchup make sure you check b4 u leave. They have NEVER got my order correct when it comes to that. Waited 45 min for food, order was not right, and food did not taste fresh or hot. Employees working hard in there, but lack of communication and process is to blame here. Drove through from Charlotte to Raleigh, threw off my time nearly an hour. I should have gone anywhere else.

Had made mobile order they had me pull up and wait on an item. Waited 30min!! Order never came. Since it was raining and had kids with me drove back thru drive thru. Ended up placing new order and getting refund for previous order. Was not even the correct refund amount or a simple sorry for the wait,confusing or overall shittu service.
