I am from here and usual receive good service. This experience left me thinking about it after I left. I had asked the young lady if there was tea available because there was none in the lobby area in which she replied ” I don’t know is there?”. This is beyond rude in my opinion. There was no tea and she had to go to the back to get it . Let’s stay positive on that note. I will still go here because all my other exchanges there have been pleasant.

Food was hot and fresh, but took a little while longer than i expected. Grease used on fries was a bit old, as I noticed the fries were not as good as they could be. Dining area and restroom seemed clean, especially considering traffic volume. Only complaint I had was the individual (woman) that took our order grabbed the cup by the bottle then handed to my husband by touching the top. Not very sanitary.

Went in for 2 coffees, all pots empty. Service clerk said I will make some. Waited an extremely long time…..still know coffee. She advised she made it wrong and did not know how to make it. Got a refund and left…what a waste of time. Customer at counter asked if that was a cockroach on the counter, manage looked at him and said I can’t see it from here. One word sums it up in my opinion……HORRIBLE!

Just a quick stop while on the road to our destination. Service was initially a little slow but we were able to order and receive our food in a reasonable amount of time on a busy Friday morning. Although I had no contact with her, I noticed the manager was very friendly and welcoming to customers. All together a good visit.

As I’ve said in most of my post the last month or two McDonald’s had really changing the app is working weird the receipts are not being accepted sometimes it’s just different it’s not like it used to be I used to be able to get my coffee and then I pay for my espresso shot now the coffee’s don’t come up anymore it’s weird man but it is what it is time to change and some places I’ll be in traditional and holding on strong I did go to Burger King and get some good service but I still like McDonald’s because the associates make it easier for you sometimes when you have good workers.

Food was fast, hot and delish. Bathrooms where clean. Service quick and friendly. No play area for the kids.
