Whoaaa true authentic Japanese style beef slices in a bowl! Enjoy juicy and soft beef slices cooked with the utmost attention and care, placed on your choice of either white rice or salad greens. Your choice of placing a half boiled egg on top (extra charge). I got this bowl not knowing what to expect, and boy was I taken for a surprise!

SO freaking good! If you like beef, you’ll LOVE their bowls! Fantastic authentic Japanese sliced beef with an amazing twist! The volcano style is so cute ☺️ We got the sukiyaki bowl (Japanese style) with truffle mashed potatoes and the spicy Korean bowl with a poached egg, plus the beef sushi! The beef was so tender and perfectly done. A+ pairing with the truffle mashed potatoes And the staff is so friendly!! AND they have shave ice! We will be back again and again!

Very satisfied! Finally a Japanese roast beef place in Waikiki. Most people don’t know why it’s usually served cold. Roast Beef Salad has become a frequent side dish to be sold at high end department stores in Japan. Cold roast beef bowls became popular and grew into a healthy, easy to find lunch item. Beef Volcano is the perfect place to dig right in and enjoy this tasty treat. Either bowl or sushi is always a great choice, choose one of several sauces and poached egg for healthy addition. For dessert, you have to try the coffee jelly with milk. Many restaurants and breakfast places do not serve great coffee in Hawaii but I was so amazed by this one.
