Annie’s food is wonderful, prepared as requested, and very delicious. Prices for entrés range from $10-$20 and may or may not include sides. Desserts are, at the very least, decadent and in-house made. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and surrounding area. A must-try if you have never been here. See you soon! Fries were so cold they were soggy, I took them back in and waited 15 min just for an employee to ask me what I needed and another 10 min to have the fries brought back out by which time the rest of my meal was cold. Grafton usually always has an array of smiling faces and accommodating workers, I don’t think the lack of appropriate actions for myself and several disgruntled consumers had been waiting as well. From my observations, the workers are in a non staggering shift change at the exCt time school is letting out, and traffic and population and needs are at the high demand for the day. Being stuck to answer for the non functioning schedule the employees are probably also stressed knowing the near impossible demand on a daily basis and dealing with the high demand fast paced orders while cleaning work stations, shift change , drawer count etc. Have a blessed day. 🙂

Usually everything is great with this mcdonald’s but lately then older staff here its rude and not very pleasant to be around the food has been hit and miss with being even warm. Fries are greasy and cold when you ask for extra napkins your treated like you should pay extra for them…burger king is looking pretty good lately

Good experience most of the time. It’s McDonald’s don’t exactly expect it to blow you away, but in terms of their prices it’s solid. They have ice cream and their iced coffee is drinkable. Burgers are solid. What really brings the value up is their McBundles. Unless there is something that you want otherwise then you should get that. Breakfast is pretty good and is really cheap. They are also one of the few places open early in Grafton so if you need to eat out before 7 am they are one of the only choices you have. Bathrooms are… acceptable though there is only a weak air dryer which I’m not a fan of. Also if you need a refill they have to get it for you which is infuriating to me.

The food was amazing. Lots of toppings and sauce on my double quarter pounder. It actually looked like the picture. It’s the most satisfied I’ve been in a while with a McDonald’s sandwich. I still wish the fries would go back to normal though. Those stringy things McDonald’s used for at least the past year just do not fry correctly or retain heat. They aren’t even worth a dollar.
