The food was fresh. The wait time was super long. The employees were yelling. Buckling under pressure. It’s a small area as it is than you have people screaming they’re going to quit or can they get some grill help. Instead of screaming and effecting the environment around you maybe melt down in your head and work than it wouldn’t take over an hour to get food. It was not any atmosphere I would have tolerated had I had a young child with me because it is completely unprofessional and creates everyone anxiety than the other staff are snippy. It was a bit too much

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s recently. I was waiting in line, and the cashier took care of the lady in front of me just fine. But then she saw me and just walked away. I ended up standing there for about seven or eight minutes with no one coming to take my order, so I just left.

This McDonald’s in Grafton, WV was a huge letdown. The wait time was ridiculous even though it wasn’t busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong and the food was cold. The employees were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix the mistake. Definitely not the quality or service you expect from McDonald’s.

Good experience most of the time. It’s McDonald’s don’t exactly expect it to blow you away, but in terms of their prices it’s solid. They have ice cream and their iced coffee is drinkable. Burgers are solid. What really brings the value up is their McBundles. Unless there is something that you want otherwise then you should get that. Breakfast is pretty good and is really cheap. They are also one of the few places open early in Grafton so if you need to eat out before 7 am they are one of the only choices you have. Bathrooms are… acceptable though there is only a weak air dryer which I’m not a fan of. Also if you need a refill they have to get it for you which is infuriating to me.

It’s a McDonald’s. The building seems relatively clean. The staff has always been friendly. The only issue I see is that not a single glove is worn by anyone in the back. You can see all the way to the rear wall. I see the meat going on the grill, no gloves. The bun and toppings being added, no gloves. Everything getting wrapped and bagged, no gloves. All served with a smile though…
