Oak hill McDonald’s do better!!! MY CHILD COULD HAVE CHOKED. (Yes this is a bone) Not to mention the food was also messed up and we had to go back and get his sandwich fixed. As for the manger on duty he did fantastic fixing everything and was super nice about it. Thank you for that! but as a whole do better. Sometimes it’s not the workers fault, it’s the employers fault as well.

Tonight I ordered food for my family I get off work late so it’s really hard to go to the store I order two big Mac bundle boxes I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes to be parked and waited another 10 I brought my food home and this is the disappointment I got. I worked at this exact store and we were always adamant on making sure food was going out acceptable biggest disappointment and waste of money was missing lettuce and pickles on the big mac’s I will not be coming back to this disappoint of a store assistant general manager and general Manager need to do better with there staff and management.

so rude but it’s oak hill so don’t expect much else anyhow. Placed a order for pickup by mistake went thur drive thur was told there was no order at all explained it might be under pickup, still rude told me no such order at all, went inside order was right there on counter with bold code on front clear as day… do better for your business.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. Waited another 15 after getting my food because I didn’t get any sauce with my chicken strips. The manager Eddie kept walking by and wasn’t coming over to help and could be heard laughing in the back. I had to flag down a separate crew member and was still only given 3 sauce packets for 12 strips.

Literally had to wait 17 min. For our food then she comes to the window and says we’re waiting on your fries…. ok then they should be fresh….. they were far from it!!!! They were not hot, not salted, and terribly greasy. The chicken barley had lettuce and a ton of mayo… come on Mickey D’s get it together!!!!

My card said the money came off but the cashier said that it showed as pending. They ended up giving my food after I spoke to the kind manager. But it was a hassle tbh for a few minutes.

This McDonald’s sucks. Every single time you come here you have to either pull to the third window or get parked at the curbside and wait, it doesn’t matter how big or small your order is. You ALWAYS have to wait 10 minutes or more, and then you can guarantee once you finally get your food, the order will be messed up! What a horrible, pathetic excuse for a manager. Hopefully this branch will shut down permanently.
