Full McDonalds on a Friday night, at least 15 people waiting on food. But oddly enough mine only took 4 minutes and 55 seconds(I timed it because of reviews). Not bad I’d say, and my customized sandwiches were correct.

Dirty tables and floors. Ice machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned. My ice had some kind of weird thing floating in it, and even though the staff replaced it, I lost my appetite. The rest of my family had cold or half cooked food. The staff was very polite, it just seems like they need a cleaning service and food prep review.

I ordered a happy meal in the drive thru. There was a sign up saying no soda available. So I asked for a cup of water with the meal. I was told I could only get bottled water and would have to pay extra for it. I informed the employee it was for a small child who couldn’t manage an open bottle of water in the back of my vehicle. In addition, if there was no soda available, I didn’t understand why I would be charged extra for water. The employee was rude and refused to give me water in a cup because according to her there was “no way to ring it up.” So we took our business elsewhere.

What a great, positive experience. The restaurant design is cold modern. No human interaction or anything in the design. Order at the touch screen. But they had put up scarecrows and nice decorations. They ran out of large fry containers, but the woman made sure we knew that we got two mediums in place of one large. She was so kind and generous. Great eye contact. I have never felt so cared about at a McDonald’s or even known that I wanted to feel cared about at a McDonald’s. The team seemed relatively happy to be there doing their jobs. Thank you Harper Rd McD for putting people first. It was really felt.

Why does this place always run out of sweet tea? The last 4 times, which is in this past month they ran out. Is management not ordering enough? If there are promotions then the order for that needs to be more. Thy do a wonderful job though always friendly service and fresh food. Just up that tea order managers.

Never seen a McDonald’s this unorganized. Took us 45 minutes to get our orders. Had to organize with other customers on who’s food was who’s. One lady working there would say things like, I don’t even care and slam a bag down. When asked for ketchup she literally threw it on the counter to slide across it.
I’m sure it was just an off day but I didn’t notice a manager or anyone in charge.
My big Mac was good at least.

Ordered a very small order 1 small drink, 1 mcchicken and 1 fry. Took them 10 15 minutes to prepare and I get my mcchicken with nothing on it. No mayo, or even lettuce.

An interesting thing happened here…..this typical McDonald’s (understaffed as usual), had ordering kiosks that were non-functional. The gentleman just ahead of us asked to order a $1 item from the dollar menu clearly posted over the cash register (see photo below) when he approached the friendly person on the register. She replied that there was no $1 item except a senior coffee. That, of course, is not listed. In fact, you can’t find a $1 item on the menu posted at all. What gives McDonald’s?
We ordered the 2 breakfast sandwiches with the app. Eating in, we were hard pressed to find a clean table. The decor was very stark and cold. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were good. That’s all.

The new ordering system makes McD even less personal, but it’s the same fast factory food. They now charge for each little extra. Ahh well, they are there when you need them.
Pro tip: Order from the app before going in for a truly impersonal experience.
