Went here with a big group of kids who were rowdy after being in the car all night and day. The workers were the best I’ve ever seen and so patient. Service and food was amazing, especially for how much we had to order.

I stopped in to use the restroom. It was very much as I expected. There was a regular toilet that I found as useful and comfortable as any I’ve experienced in the past. It was able to accommodate the average amount of bodily fluid that I had to dispose of. There was also a standard sink, complete with everyday hand soap and run-of-the-mill paper towels, that unsurprisingly helped me rinse germs off of my hands in a way that was expectedly adequate. Of all the fast food roadside restrooms I’ve visited – and I’ve visited many – this one was very much unremarkable, just like all of the others. If you ever need to use the facilities in this area, I recommend it as highly as any other fast food restroom around.

I was traveling Saturday 06/03/23 and stopped into this restaurant to buy a quick breakfast. After a quick bathroom break I went to the counter (kiosks were all turned off) and was told, “you need to wait” (she was helping with coffee orders). After 5 minutes I asked loudly is this a McDonald’s or not. When the counterperson arrived I told her 5 minutes to place an order and have the kiosks turned off wasn’t good. She said they were short staffed. (During this time the drive-thru attendant said someone drove off because they got tired of waiting) She took the order. About 5 minutes later I get my food from the manager. I commented that this store doesn’t perform like a McDonald’s. She said they were doing their best and I was just being rude. I then asked if they were short staffed why are the kiosks off? She said that they would be slower because the kiosk orders would slow them down. (It was 6:30 am and no other customers were in the store) She proceeded to tell me not to tell her how to do her job. I told her she isn’t meeting McDonald’s corporate expectations and she asked me to leave. This lady hasn’t a clue about customer service. Evidently, this store has not conducted any corporate training.

This was a chaotic mess. 3 of 4 kiosks were not working. The register girl kept wandering onto the floor or in the back. We ordered “eat in” and got to go because we were told all the trays were dirty.

The service here was very slow. Food was not that great considering our foos was cold when we received it through the drive through. The person at the window was not very friendly either. Also they no longer sell 4 piece chicken nuggets here.
