When I first walked in I think I am sitting 10-15 minutes ain’t nobody came to see me so I push the call button and still sitting there for 5 minutes she came up and I ordered me mozzarella sticks that I order was delicious The salad is not my cup of tea but to each his own The bread stick was dry It need some butter that chicken alfredo now that was good Will I be back no It was a one time thing so 1 to 10 I give it a five

Had a great time! Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server Devon was very attentive and his manager was just as nice. They brought us an extra refill of endless pasta to-go. Paid around $60 for an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert, which was totally worth it. Definitely going back!

We celebrated my daughter birthday and her friend here . We had a great experience the only exception was when we were finished . The pay wasn’t very organized. Our waiter separated we had a party of 13 . I understand a big party can be confusing but when taking orders from a big party . Try this on big party’s.
Make everyone separate that way who ever was with you can bring their ticket to you and the customer can add together . Also in big party so that tips are fairly. Set a limit for big party when it comes to a tip . This could be a big help all the way around . Customer getting what they ordered not having to worry about how much their bill maybe . For the server take a little extra time make sure everyone order is put in correctly . Our server had good customer service skills . The bathrooms were fairly clean for it to be a Friday night . I know it gets busy and crazy . But instead of stressing over it take a little more time you will get faster in handling customers needs .

DISAPPOINTING!!! We have eaten here many times and always had good food and service. Today, however, the first question from the server was if we have any food allergies, which we do, but we know what to order and we told her that, but she said she would send the manager over to talk to us. We waited about 10 minutes for the manager to show up and our order was not taken during that time. When she finally came over she explained their new protocol to ensure our food is prepared safely – we can appreciate that, after a chat with her, our order was finally taken, we received our drinks, then our desert (we always have that first). Shortly after that the manager brought one entree, we told her we hadn’t gotten our soup yet, she left the entree on the table and went back to the kitchen then someone brought out the other entree, while that was being put on the table someone shoved 2 bowls of soup under the arm of the person that brought the entree, the soup was cold but we wanted to eat it before the entrees. While we were eating the cold soup our server showed up with 2 bowls of soup (also cold), meanwhile our entrees are sitting on the table getting cold while we ate our 4 bowls of soup, and we had to ask for breadsticks. All in all there were at least 4 different people that brought food to our table, very randomly and haphazardly. The manager never came back to check on anything. Seems like the new protocol needs some tweaking. For us an average meal for 2 costs approx $50, the food itself is not very expensive & is something we can easily make at home, so what we are really paying for here is the service & experience, this particular visit was a huge fail on the part of OG. Hopefully they will get this new protocol fine tuned so that those with food allergies can still have a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Just your typical Olive Garden. Although this particular night I guess they were having a breadstick shortage because I got my appetizer before I got my first breadstick. When the breadsticks were finally brought to the table we only received two breadsticks for a table of three. We got a few more about halfway through our dinner and none for our take-home order. I don’t know what the problem was but the server was amazing the entire time, very apoligetic and ON TOP of everything else she could control.

It was our 1st time. My husband and I was given a gift card for Christmas. He had Spaghetti with meatballs and I had Spaghetti with meat sauce. It was nasty. The salad was the only thing good.

3 generations me my daughter and granddaughter had lunch it was very delicious. My daughter has a allergy to seafood and they were very concerned and helpful keeping our food separate and informed my daughter the chicken parmesan the chicken is cooked in same oil as shrimp which she didn’t realize so they took her allergy very serious

We don’t generally dine at Olive Garden, but decided to this evening— The restaurant is very clean; tables clean, floors nearly spotless, & little to no dust to be seen on fixtures. The star of the show was our server Alyssa B. Extremely kind, very accommodating & patient as I took forever to decide what I felt like ordering. My complaint; the hostess was giving off a “I hate my job & don’t want to be here” attitude. At least learn to smile.

My bff and I always go here when we are in Oxford. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable! Love the salad and bread sticks. And the Sangria mixed drinks are out of this world.
