Used the kiosk to order my frappé and my son’s breakfast sandwiches, the line to order at the counter was 5-6 people long. The wait was about 8-10 minutes. While waiting another customer was standing over me and my daughter’s shoulder waiting to get by, I guess, instead of saying excuse me. They call out your food by the receipt number, which is slightly inconvenient, I usually throw out my receipt. The store was not the cleanest and it looked to be a little chaotic for a late breakfast rush. The food is as always, sloppy and just thrown together.

I really wanted an oreo mcflurry so I paid extra for extra oreos and there was a thin layer at the top. more than half my mcflurry was just ice cream and i’m very disappointed 🙁 there’s nothing like looking forward to ice cream all day and having your order botched. the ladies at the window didn’t greet me or even pay me any attention they just handed my food out and it was just an overall bad experience. Go to the hurricane McDonalds if you want better service I guess

There’s a lot of work to be done at this store. The fact that they can’t run a drive thru properly is beyond me. The leader ship is way lacking in the morning. And it’s not just me having issues with this store I drive out of my way to actually avoid this one. Not a Great place to get food and the location is way inconvenient during high traffic times. Went thru the drive thru, ordered a cup of ice plus many other things. Got a cup barely with ice. I guess you gotta ask for a full cup of ice. The drive thru girl with blonde hair & pregnant was being hesitant when we asked for another FULL cup of ice. She replies with I’ll bring it out. Girl brings the food out with no cup of ice. Go figure. Not sure if it’s a communication problem or just an I don’t care problem.

My order was made wrong. So I ended up eating my fries while waiting on my burger to be remade. But the atmosphere was fun it was a little bit later at night so there were only a few people in the dining room.
