I ordered the Big BOI burger
On a gluten free bun and no cheese.
I have a couple allergies. Man this food was so good. They use real hamburger in the patties. I was stuffed after my meal.
The value was great 5/5

I came on a Friday afternoon the restaurant was slow business wise so my experience may vary slightly because of that.
I must say I really don’t have anything negative to say about the food or experience.
Great job to the people that provided service and cooked the food.
Food was phenomenal the nostalgia burger was just that, nostalgic and great take you way back when tastes. Spicy chicken sandwich had a wonderful mix of flavors. That apple slaw!!! Amazing! Got a side of truffle fries and Caesar salad. Both were fantastic.
Caesar dressing tasted fresh and plenty of classic Caesar flavor. Croutons were crunchy and homemade.
Prices are pretty much what we all have come to expect of a downtown eatery about $20 a plate.
A little expensive and that’s with a discount but the food was really good! They pilsner beer and the wine was really good!!
The chef did an excellent job.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I had a really sweet flavor on my chicken and I didn’t like that.
I definitely would recommend if you don’t mind the price.
I got a medium cooked craft burger. It came with cheese, lettuce, onion, etc. The buns were thick, but super soft. It just was so delicious. The fries were salty, but crunchy and really good.
We did order the bison burger, and that was good as well.
The chicken burger is a hit and miss. It’s either too spicy, or isn’t at all, or dry. In our situation, it wasn’t spicy and dry unfortunately.
The service is pretty great. They listen, ask for feedback, and discount on non-perfect food.
They seemed to be kid friendly in the top level. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a bottom level that seems to be a bar.
Okay now that I lost them – this place has been a staple on Tejon street for years now and features some of the best food (see picture) and the friendliest staff in the area.
Do yourself a favor and get a spicy chicken sandwich. It’ll be the best you’ve ever had.
