I come with this location almost every day, it’s faster than Mulberry and Foothill and I genuinely like the people that work here more. On Saturday as I was leaving this Starbucks location I was T-boned and my car was totaled. I was a little in shock so I went back to my favorite Starbucks to sit down and think for a minute. I mentioned to the Barista what happened, and when it came time to order a second Starbucks he told me it was on him. Very small and very kind gesture that meant the world to me at that moment. It’s so nice to see that empathy still exists in this crazy world. This will forever be my Starbucks home

For some reason the manager has an issue with doing a venti iced tea in a trenta cup with extra ice. I’ve gone through the drive-thru twice and Tell them that order. I know it’s the manager because one time the girl said Oh my manager said that we can’t do that but we’ll do it this time and I said all the other Starbucks do it no problem. They ended up giving me a venti that time also. Anyway she’s turning it into her own order and just giving me the venti. I’m usually in a hurry and on my way to work so I don’t have time to ask her to remake it and I shouldn’t have to. And to top it off when she gave me my drinks this morning one of the tops wasn’t on the right way and it almost spilled good thing I caught it. Just do your job. I’m buying the drink I should be able to get it how I want it.

Lied about not receiving my order due to short staff

However Adams option was saying we had to cancel the order and he couldn’t do anything about it
Even refused to make the drinks
All while aurora was managing

15 minutes for a wrap??! While the drink just sits there. I watched the whole time, they didn’t even start it. Same excuse. We are working on it. It was for doordash. Horrible service. No apology for the wait, have a nice day…just called the name and went about like nothing..double down. Horrible service. About 4 or 5 more people picked up ahead of me..bigger orders to. 25 minutes for 1 wrap and 1 drink..sooo bad!

I went to the one off foothill and the 15 ordered mocha cookie crumble… it tasted like ice topped with crushed chocolate chips! I Went in to ask if it could be remade, that one tasted like ice as well, how you mess it up twice no idea…. Coming home from the doctor I decided to try this location, asked the ladies to make sure it had flavor told them the situation the ladies were so nice and understanding they kindly upgraded the size in drink to venti and made sure it had flavor!!! So glad I stopped cause I finally got the flavor I had been wanting not just ice!! They make drinks very good!!! Skip foothill go here!

Wow what a terrible barista today 11/18/2025 this was around 1-2 pm. The chunky lady with short hair and glasses needs a reevaluation on how to do her job properly. Immediately! Top of all that my coffee was not the best , made poorly. The manager needs to do better too , how could you allow such poor quality employees to work the drive thru.

When I buy a coffee normally without using “stars” or cashback, my cup is full… But if I use either of those options – using “stars” for a discount or using a card with cashback – my coffee cup is never full; they always reduce the amount. So what’s the point of using “stars,” and what does my using a cashback card have to do with them that they would do this? It seems like they know which orders use cashback and which orders use “stars”… This is truly dishonest and despicable behavior from a business in the US…

I went to this Starbucks around 9:30 and when i got to the speaker they had a machine that told me that they were close and unable to take my order. So I waited until the person in front of me got their order so I could drive off but when I did, I saw that the car behind us had stopped at the window to get their order and which they did get it but I somehow didn’t. DON’T COME HEREEEE!!!
