Im a door washer i get like 10 plus orders every 3 hrs or so when om dashing to this location. Almost everytime in the last 2 weeks . I have received notifications from dd saying the customers order is ready. I have stood at the counter after giving info needed to pick up the food on more than 20 occasions for more then 15 minutes. I used to work at McDonald’s. I understand and fully aware of proper procedures and standards of Mateos McD. The employees are clearing all screens and attempting and horribly failing to assemble orders off tickets with a blank screen. I’ve watched them bag wrong items more than enough watched them have people parked for 10 plus minutes and the attitudes and. Disrespectful things they have said to myself and plenty other guest is absolutely insane. They clearly need reminders on bumping orders that aren’t bagged and truly ready. As a door dasher this kills our deliveries not only with timing but with customers tipping as well. They have got to do better .

The employees praise i believe her name was and jade were very helpful! They worked quickly to ready my order and helped me get a new drink that i spilled in the lobby. All in all 2 stand up workers who showed they work hard and could maintain a professional attitude even when someone as clumsy as I came in & made a mess on accident.

it was a cold and dark wednesday night. i woke up from my slumber with my gastric organ rumbling. i decided to stumble my way to mcdonald’s. after consuming thousands of calories, it really upset my gastric organ causing me to skidaddle to the restroom. when i opened the stall door, i was bombarded with THE skibidi toilet. it was a horrifying sight, it was dancing and singing. it then began to eat my gluteus maximus. i am forever traumatized. DO NOT use the mcdonald’s restroom unless you are overly freaked and want your booty aggressively eaten.

I stood there for 10 minutes waiting on a sauce packet! It was utter BS! Food was fine but I had to have them replace my cold fries due to waiting on the sauce packet! Smh! Then you could hear the people behind the counter cursing up a storm the whole time! It was not the best experience!

I went through the drive thru. I was parked for a hamburger and medium fry. After waiting 10 minutes, I was served a cold burger and slightly warm undercooked fries. Attempted to call inside and the phone has been off the hook for over 20 minutes

Ordered 2 fish fillets with no changes, got the food almost immediately so was happy about it. drove home just to find out they did ketchup and onions on the order, like who in their right mind, and what in the onion core is that. So thanks mcdonalds for the $22 soda. not driving back out in this traffic to deal with this nonsense. they weren’t even busy.

This place is awful. They always make you pull into a parking spot to wait for your food. Majority of the time after a 15 minute wait, they don’t bring all your food. You go inside for help, nobody acknowledges you, they’re screaming, goofing off, using inappropriate language.
Bottom line, they have no standards, nobody cares, and management is clearly unable to or does not care enough to fix things. Skip this one.
