Good Vibe
When I walked in, I was greeted and told where the bathroom was. The bathroom and the front area were super clean. Even after I walked out of the bathroom, they were still mopping.
When I ordered two entries of Chick-fil-A’s chickens, two ranch, two Chick-fil-A sauces, they worked pretty fast when I was finished with my order I was talking to the person at the front they FINISHED in 20 seconds or shorter at 10:30 at store was going slow but they were on top of it.
Then, when I finish, they keep a good smile for other customers. Even later, I get a cup of water and finish, and when I stand back up, they ask, do you need a refill? I wish I could put more stars on their work. Best Chick-fil-A ever in my life.
(Update at 11:40) They even have fresh flowers I just checked them by touching them, it smells great and what’s crazy is that at this time when I was realizing they offer me some mints while I was sitting at the table with one of my teachers

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here and everything was AMAZING!! Shelby was such a wonderful help getting everything all set up for the party, including the catering order, party decorations and activities for the kiddos. We even had one of the cows dressed up as a princess come say hello to all the kids and took pictures with all of them. It was really a terrific birthday for our little girl. 100% recommend this location for catering events and parties!!!

That girl Venus! She really makes it such a lovely experience. Such a radiant smile! Quiet but very funny. She offers to take everyone’s plates and leaves them with a mint and a hand wipe. I come to this location pretty consistently and have never had a bad experience. The workers seem to be genuinely kind-hearted people, not people who are just saying “my pleasure” because they have to. This location also does a wonderful job of keeping up on cleaning and checking in with customers. I truly appreciate when a worker comes by to give me a mint or ask if I need anything. That’s not something you get everywhere (it’s over and above) and its a relatively small gesture that goes a long way. Corporate would also do well to acknowledge that slightly larger buildings do wonders for your atmosphere. I’ve been to smaller locations that feel crowded and are very loud with a mixture of kitchen business and the play place, but even when this place is busy it’s generally not uncomfortable.
Food wise, I’ve never had an issue, but I get nuggets everytime (rather than a sandwich or some of the items that others have had problems with in these reviews ♀️)
The only bad thing about this location, is the signs of wear and tear around the restaurant despite the fact that they were closed for renovations for several weeks this summer. Most notably, many of the booth benches have large holes that need repair.

I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I felt like I had to for this Chick-fil-A location because of Michael. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been incredibly polite, kind, and professional. He goes above and beyond in customer service, always with a positive attitude. Workers like him are the reason I keep coming back as he makes the experience consistently enjoyable. This location is lucky to have him, and I hope his hard work and kindness don’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work Michael- people do notice!

Beware of new drive through. Pulled through the drive through lane at night and didn’t realize 1 of the lanes is now only for mobile orders. An employee came to greet me but said he couldn’t take my order since I was in the wrong lane. Keep in mind there were no other cars there at this time. He made me circle around the entire building just to move 10 feet over so he could take my order. Pretty bad customer service from a place that’s supposed to be good about that.

A lot of people are only nice for work. This location has so many really nice people you can tell they are simply like that. Even if the energy seems low, they make sure you still leave with a smile and maybe even some laughter. I would like to talk about an employee named Venus. She is always making sure my order is correct when I come through. I also have several friends that have had some encounters with her at this location and we all agree she is the best.! She’s very quick for how new she is and if she makes a mistake she is quick to fix it. You can tell she is shy but a very strong woman who will go above and beyond effortlessly.! I’ve had an opportunity to connect with miss Venus outside of her work at chick fil a and she is simply exemplary. I saw her at a king sooper and someone seemed to have taken a spill and she helped them up as well as grabbed all of their items and took them to their car for them. She even waited to make sure the person was okay before they left. She even sets a great example for her children.! . She seems like such a light. I hope everything goes well for this young woman. She has such a radiant smile and she does her job very well. She’s even such a wonderful person outside of work. I would really hope to see her progress into something more. She seems too great to not be a manager or owner of her own place!!

The recipient has the correct order, even down to the condiment. When it came, the order was wrong, including the condiment that was clearly labeled. The chicken was very dry. And I asked for no ice in my lemonade but it was full to the top. I pour the lemonade into a glass and was left with less tham half a cup.
