I went to the store. I ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger with extra fries instead of the apple slices and two cheeseburgers with two ice cream cones and then all of a sudden I get home I look in the bag and there is a fry and it was cold to the touch with two cheeseburgers. I didn’t get a drink which I didn’t order one and all of a sudden I call them and they’re rude at the window and then they’re rude on the phone. The ladies telling me to return the food when the order was completely messed up on only one item and when I looked at the receipt, it is now saying that I ordered a corner cheeseburger deluxe meal with a large Diet Coke and that I did not order that if you looked at the other picture I am I had it with the receipt. It only shows I had two sandwiches and a fry with no drink. And the kid at the window kept messing up my order even when I drove up and had him at the window face-to-face he still messed it up but warning I want to go to this McDonald’s ever again due to the fact that they do not trust you enough to even when you go back and tell them they messed it up. They want you to come back to the store ASAP And waste your gas over the fact that you didn’t even get the large Diet Coke and in the very beginning, you didn’t order any meal you ordered two cheeseburgers warning do not go to this McDonald’s. They don’t care if they mess up. And I would’ve gave them zero stars.

Best mcd I’ve been to in a while. They actually brought our food out to us and still had a children’s play place, which was a nice surprise. My 4 year old loved it.

The food was very fresh the drive through was fast in and out, the chicken and fries were fresh and salted. All of the staff were nice,along with fact that this is one of the last McDonald’s locations with a play place so it would be a good place take kids.

Dined in and had to send our food back 3x also the entire dining area was very dirty!! Had to clean off our tables with wet toilet paper would’ve used napkins but there were none . Could be a great store because it’s remolded but just was very dirty and unkept

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to eat at this! The employee sleeps with certain crew members, the manager tells employee’s to come live with them and they’ll be his/her sugar momma. You got employee who lies on customer’s to get’s them kicked out. Employee’s who will make the wrong drink & once ya have them remake it they then take a drink of it & says yeap it’s correct now . This place is a joke! Manager Will, Treasa, Julie, Luke are disrespectful and dosen’t know how to do their job’s! I refuse to ever step foot back in this McDonald’s! If your smart and want a clean, friendly, good food I sure wouldn’t eat at the McDonald’s on south Charleston near the Walmart!!

The new store model is not customer friendly as it is extremely hard to get anyone’s attention to physically place an order thus requiring use of the “kiosk” which is less than user friendly. Put a bell on the counter if you are not going to keep staff solely dedicated to counter position. In addition, I watched a gentleman wait 10 min for a refill on his drink as drinks and condiments are not available for self serve and a lady had to go behind the counter to get some salt packets as no one was at the counter. My order sat on a back counter until someone told someone else to serve it. My husband was a McD manager for 17 years and I know what customer service is. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! May as well lock the lobby on this McD. As I am travelling through this location, I will not be returning to this McDonalds.

Unbelievably slow no matter how busy or not busy they are. The words “sorry about your wait” don’t mean anything when the food is consistently super late and often accompanied by pungent flavors and smells that definitely didn’t come from the food. The staff can be extremely rude at times. Go anywhere else.
