Sat in online order pick up for 15-20 minutes before I finally had to walk in to see what was going on, the lady working the register turned the corner and grabbed my food right away. I got back to work to eat with what little time I had left of my lunch break only to find the chicken was burnt/way over crispy. I normally have a decent experience here but this visit really pissed me off. Isn’t the point of mobile orders to skip the long lines in the store or drive through? Mind you I was the only one waiting for a mobile pick up.

I just wanted to take the time to say Betty Taylor was such a pleasure to have served us. She greeted us with a warm smile and welcome, was very sweet and tentative. We have been on a long drive for over 20 hours and dealt with many rude people along the way and she was just a breath of fresh air and very customer service driven and she truly made our day and we felt so welcome especially coming to Christiansburg, Virginia from San Antonio Texas. Thank you for everything and making a great start to our new lives.

There’s always a missing item when I come to this location, and there’s no way to report a missing item in the mobile app for a pick up order so you either have to drive back to the store or call customer service and sit on the phone for 20-30 mins to then have someone call you back to then resolve the issue. Most likely will not be returning

This is the 3rd Sunday we have went through drive thru and got shitty service. The woman, who after pulling up is the same person, all three times. She “can’t hear” , can’t put in my app code bc she’s too busy eating while standing there at the drink machines. I have to ask the ones at the windows to fix my order every single time as she stands there rolling her eyes as we try to get our order correct. Its one thing to come in with an attitude but to try to “work” with it is another. Bring back the elderly, young man with DS, and Hispanics that were so attentive and always had a smile and kind words! Note: The vehicle in front of us didn’t even have the screen up with the menu so they could order. Had to ask and wait. Time before that, the people in front of us was shouting to get their order placed.

Ive gone through the drive thru every time and every time the quality of either the service or the food was lacking. No napkins in the bag with my food or the order was incorrect or the food looked like it was just thrown together. I will mo longer go here even if I have to find another location miles away

I went in the employee took my order it was just a frappe there is a younger taller guys manager that works there he came over and seen that I put my order in and he said yeah I’ll have to wait my turn that there are other people in front of me I told him that was not a problem but it was made around the corner can you sit there for quite some time for the manager has stopped the employee from giving it to me when it was made and with 14 minutes on the clock it West broad from around the corner all Melton I just took it and left this is not the first time with this manager and I have had problems. Just about every time I come in here and he’s working even if he’s not taking the order he steps in and make sure he has his hands in trying to make my meal slower or something everyday almostI and always he’s trying to stop me from using the app or something I don’t know it doesn’t make any sense at all this restaurant overall is very great is fabulous the employees are great everything was just one manager he really ruins it one rotten apple It can ruin the whole bunch

I’m all about some excellent hot fries and super nice customer service! Wish I knew her name but she looks to be the oldest one there but she definitely knows what she’s doing! Excellent Service! This McDonald’s was one the best ones I have been to and that’s saying a lot from me because I am picky. My kids loved the happy meals and free toys! 100% the best thing in life is being kind to one another and your staff rocked it!!
