Literally no joke, they gave me a mcchicken with no chicken patty after i waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Night crew needs to get it together. genuinely no idea how this happens. i tried to call the store and they ignored my first call, picked up when i called the second time.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but I am in town on business and hit the drive-thru. Igor a quarter pounder with cheese and it was great. A couple of weeks later and I came in for lunch, I was amazed at how nice and clean this place is. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. The tables had flowers on them, I sent a picture to my wife and she was amazed.

This is one of only a few locations open 24/7, and some of those hours are drive -thru only.
Hungry coming back from the airport.. service was fast, food was hot, but I asked for no cheese. Maybe @4 am, be lucky you get what you get? I did get the extra hashbrown.. food was hot!
Some of these locations are pretty sketchy @4am. I wouldn’t stop, roll my window down and while waiting, willingly make myself a target of sorts. Something to think about when you stop… I did not feel uncomfortable at this location. I could see 180° easily, had a lane to exit quickly if needed, and there were no bushes or signs covering someone’s approach, or go unnoticed if they walked towards me.
Order your sandwich with NO SALT and they make it fresh everytime!

Its been quite some time since ive randomly decided to shout out a restaurant for exceeding my expectations, ironically I didnt think I’d find that in a fast food location this day and age. Staff was nice and food was made fresh for our dine in order, and when I say fresh I mean everything. On top of that it didnt take long, and was brought to our table in two runs, the employee taking extra care to be careful with our food and making sure we were set with condiments and napkins as well. I haven’t had a visit to mcdonalds ive enjoyed this much since, well, I was a kid, and they’re well kept kid play place is a testament to that, which my children had a blast playing on. Give this place a chance, its rare to find a location that makes you think “maybe I am lovin’ it”

Food is good but the work attitude and ethic is in the dirt, it’s poor. Cashier was getting a lot of customers including me a bad attitude and seemed fed up with everything. The bathrooms are both really dirty and there’s liquid all on the floor in the bathroom and by the soda fountains.

For some reason when this manager marcell is working things don’t go right… I’ve waited 40 mins for a total of 3 doubles a fish and a wrap 5 frys and 4 pies…. Spent 40 dollars 39 mins go by I only get half the order they over stuffed the bag with the frya sticking out .not to mention the frys were so empty not even a full fry in the bag but u got my full money then the second bag they gave was so full I went to grab it and it tilted backwards n fell off the counter as I was asking for a bigger bag to carry everything in the attitude marcell gave is unprofessional then they lost my ticket and I gave them my receipt which I had 2 cause I made 2 orders another 15 mins go by and still don’t have my order meanwhile the first order is cold so I ask for my money back for both orders and marcell is so busy having an attitude she kept trying to tell me where is my other ticket after I told her I put it in her hands because she lost my order ticket how I don’t know because sloppy work I guess… Anyway if this mcds wasn’t so close I would stop coming here meanwhile all the kids n grandkids have been waiting over an hour for their food that they will not be getting to ight due to poor slow service and no I don’t believe some of these workers care at all…. Because what took so long for my order as they kept taking orders in drive thru but ignoring people up front it’s sad and pitiful

I haven’t eaten at McDonalds in a while because their employees are always rude & my visit today was no different. You literally come in contact with 2 people in the drive thru, the money taker & the person handing you your food…the guy handing me my food was rude. No hello, no go to hell, no nothing…opened the window, gave me my drink, had his head turned the other way while handing me my food, I said thank you, he just walked away from the window. These fast food places need to do better training with their employees on customer service even though it should be self explanatory, clearly it’s not. I guess their parents didn’t teach them manners & they carry that over into teenage/adult hood. It’s so rude not to say hello or you’re welcome when working with customers. I’ve been working with customers all my life & I would never be rude to somebody who I don’t know or who hasn’t done anything to me. Next time I’m going to snatch my food out their hand & pull off. I’m going to start giving the same energy I get with these fast food workers. My fries was hot though

Just wanted to grab something close and quick. Fries were fresh and hot. I order hot tea. Which is hot water and tea bag(no problem) and a McChicken with ketchup added but got a sloppy chicken sandwich without ketchup and glob of mayonnaise.

The place is mostly good. Certain times it can be busier than they can handle. Little things, like waiting for more tea to brew. The staff are super friendly though and want to do whatever they can to make your experience better.
The Play Place is the main reason I come here. An additional bonus is there is no music in the Play Place, so if you don’t like the overhead radio in the main dining you can just go sit in there!
It’s nothing like the epic structures they had when I was a kid, but fun nonetheless. The twisty curly slide, does not slide. Idk what it is that’s like rubbery about it but sliding is non-existent on it. Great for climbing though, it’s really just a fantastic climbing tube.
Did see some kids sitting on trays to slide and getting great results, but I can’t condone that
Best little “3 and Under” area of several Play Place McDs I’ve been to.
There is a restroom IN the playground area, which is really super nice. Only trouble is the changing table is broken so you have to hold it up with your knee while changing babies.
