Everyone was so nice. This is the nicest staff of a McDonald’s I have ever been too. They weren’t overly friendly or anything like that but it was just so refreshing to go to a McDonalds and have a good experience. Whoever was working the drive through a few minutes before 10pm on 8/11/23 did a fantastic job

We had 2 quarter pounders with cheese and they were both cold (burger and roll). Did not take it back up to counter to counter to complain because I have seen too many instances of what is sometimes done to your food at some of these places, not saying they would have done it! Sad, but true!

My grandkids and I were there early, like 615 AM. My grandson asked me why the store smells so bad. It was the smell of sour mops. The floors were so slick from grease. I was disappointed I have never seen this McDonald’s like this.

Very disappointed!!! I went inside, ordered a big breakfast had a 20 minute wait!! Watched as the manager cooked not starting my eggs until about 12 minutes into my wait. Then proceeded to burn them up doing other meals and helping the drive thru cashier. I didn’t have time to eat them or complain because she put me behind for an appointment!! Very poor management. I understand people call out but the manager should not be cooking, they have to much to do!!! Disappointed!!!!!

They need to pay more attention they leave things out of my order every single time there’s nothing like coming home after work driving 20 minutes to McDonald’s coming back home and realizing they forgot half of your order and having to go back.
