Everyone working there is very friendly and quick to fulfill your order. The only thing, which isn’t really a bad thing, is that they’re usually really busy when I order pickup. So it might take an extra few minutes to get some incredibly delicious pizza.

I ordered pizza from them on yesterday and their staff rung me up with pizza sauce all over her hands. She left the register and didn’t wash her hands…NOT ONCE. I asked her if she was prepping my pizza and she told me she was making a call in order. I told her about the old sauce on her hands and they DO NOT use gloves. She told me she used hand sanitizer…she jumped to the conclusion and said “I could give you a refund.” I was disappointed and will not return to this establishment.

We drove there to get 3 pies. We had to wait and the wait was long, which surprised me. We needed 2 Pep Pies and one cheese. Mom and I sat in the truck while my son went in to make the purchase. I don’t know why the Hot N Ready, were not ready. They must have had a huge order prior to us arriving. We enjoyed our pizza once we got it. We didnt wait to get to the house to eat. We tackled the pies, in the truck, on the way back to the individual guest houses we were staying in.

Just save your time and go across the road to Pizza Hut. I waited through 20 customers- 4 of which being specialty orders like mine and I was the last one to get my order. No I didn’t get deep dish- I got a basic veggie pizza. I asked, “Is the pizza ready?” “No but, it’ll be right out.” Then I told the girl behind the counter- “I just saw them box it”… Not her fault but get more staff and communicate. Let your poor ONE Cashier know which pizzas are ready! It’s simple- just call it out.. She’s running in circles trying to tell people what pizza’s she needs, processing payments, taking orders, and answering phones. I shouldn’t have been waiting that long without an apology or free crazy bread or something..
