I don’t know why I keep going back. I asked for well done and this is what I was given! The crust is soggy and half cooked. We have been ordering from here for literally 5 years and lately the pizza quality is crap. What a waste of money

I am a dasher and waited nearly 45 minutes for 2 pizzas. When asked how much longer. I was informed 2x that they were just going through the oven. This was 20 minutes apart. Also I witness the young man prepping the pizzas for the oven, grabbing grapes from a bucket with gloves on toss them in is mouth then continue to make the pizza, without changing his gloves. Several employees were also grabbing in the bucket…..cross contamination written all over that area.
One lady was there for welliver an hour waiting on 2 pizzas.
In thwean time there were several employees messing around out of sight…but could be heard. Very unacceptable.

I wish I knew why my lunch combo (a deep dish) has crust around the whole thing. LC and LC on Lady’s Island, if you’re listening… Deep dish pizzas don’t normally look like this. It’s just weird.

Worst experience ever. I was hung up on asking a question and was going to place an order. I called for 20 minutes up to closing with no answer. There is no excuse for this.

I personally witnessed a teenaged employee in the back apply lipgloss with her gloved hands. Then she scrolled on her phone THAT SHE PLACED ON THE STACK OF FLAT/OPENED PIZZA BOXES. Pizzas came out of the oven and she placed them right where her phone was. Phones are personal items that carry a lot of bacteria. Phones should be no where near the food production. I was a regular Friday customer, but I can’t trust management to ensure employees are being clean during production.

Went in to grab a couple of pizzas. I never had a problem with the store before, but I Don’t appreciate having a coworker not in uniform and wearing a blue button up shirt and eating When handling money or handing me my food It’s not sanitary and it’s not professional.

Can’t get through to store on phone. Calls go to call center in another country and they kept transferring me to automatic answering system. Never got to store and won’t use them again. System sucks

We have found that the pick up order was fast and on time, and they have a new type of pan, deep dish pizza that is pretty good. It’s not as good as the original Detroit Buddy’s, of course, but it’s Detroit style for sure. Give it a try if you’re craving a deep dish pizza.
