In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Insufficient staffing during peak season. Chincoteague is an iconic location that draws tourists from all around. Knowing that management and staff should be prepared for busy times. One hour in drive through is ridiculous, but we couldn’t jump out of line. The staff were doing the best they could, but there just wasn’t enough of them for the demand.

Woof, where do I start. I entered with a pregnant woman wanting some sustenance around 11:00am. Upon entry, we were greeted by 1 of 2 two kiosks operating and 1 employee at the register with a line to the door for both “patrons”. We decided we’d shoot for the mobile order to expedite things. The mobile order did not appear on the screen until we asked. After it appeared on screen, we waited for a whopping 45 minutes. Management insisted that we be patient throughout, and we were but after the end of the 45 minutes we decided enough is enough and asked to cancel our order and get our money back. The BATHROOM was the best part. I won’t be back. Be warned.

7/10/23 7:00pm . Went thru the drive thru to get 2 ice-cream cones. Girl behind the window was very rude and unfriendly. Handed us the 2 ice-cream cones without napkins n when we asked for some, she looked at us with such attitude like how dare we ask.. she is definitely not fit for a job that deals with people.

If i could give zero stars i would. Ive worked fast food and …not to brag but i ran that drive through. These girls though….They were rude,incompetent on service skills in all meanings,slow (speed wise) and have no passion for themselves or their job. Even if i hate my job i give it my all because if my name is on it it needs to be decent ….treat others how you want to be treated and the food quality needs to be eddible as if you yourselves will eat it. Will never go here again! Weve been coming to the island and that establishment for 25 years at least and boy it has never been this bad. It used to be 5 stars now its the worst place ever on the island. The staff make it worse. A “sorry for your wait” “please” and “thank you” go a loooong way when youre the problem. I see it closing and definitely will never make it during pony penning week. It does not take 40 minutes to move 10 cars it just doesnt i personally know it does not happen unless you make it happen that way! Also this review was given after the third time i tried to give them a chance and everytime was the same rude people and same line to the road.

This place needs to be closed down or new employees and management. This is a tourist town,granted I live here but I would never go here. Food is always wrong. The worst part is the staff!!! They are rude. When you report it to manager nothing is done about it. Someone really needs to contact corporate.

If I could give no stars for service I would I was there for pony swim and visited many times through out my week and the service and people were absolutely horrible no customer service at all no smiles nothing like if ur not happy with your job go work somewhere else!!!!
