Consistently the worst McDonald’s in the area. I should know, I tried them all out during Monopoly season. It’s a shame because it’s the closest one to me.

They have “dine in” turned off when ordering from the kiosk, I assume to make it easier to throw me a bag instead. None of the others in the area do this, the others bring food to the table.

I haven’t had a single order correct at this location. They miss drinks pretty much every time. Wrong food, missing sauces, etc etc etc.

This time I got a McRib. The bun was moldy. I swear I’m easy going to I asked them to try again. They gave me ANOTHER moldy McRib. Like how did you not check?! Then they gave me a hard time about asking for a refund for the whole meal because I “ate the fries and didn’t return the drink.”

Why does the worst McDonald’s in town have to be where I live?

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. When I arrived, there were no customers in line, yet the employees were just standing around laughing and doing nothing. Despite that, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, which is completely unacceptable, especially when the place wasn’t busy at all.

To make things worse, when my order finally came out, it was completely wrong. On top of that, they kept saying certain items were not available, even though everything was clearly in stock. It felt like they just didn’t want to work and were more focused on chilling and joking around instead of serving customers.

The taste was also totally different from other McDonald’s locations. The food did not taste fresh and was nothing like what I usually expect. Overall, it was a very bad experience — poor service, careless staff, wrong order, long wait time, and disappointing food quality.

Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Order food at the kios inside. I had to ask where my order was after a period of time. They said it would be right out. 5 minutes later I went to ask. Said it would be right out. Other people were getting there food after. 5 minutes. I walked out after 25 minutes. Never got my food. Will never return here. No customer service

McDonald’s thanks for your response below. I looked at the agreement I must sign and I don’t accept the terms. No need for any other response from you. I am not packing for a refund or anything else. I am donating the cost of my meal to you.

I ordered from the self-ordering screen and had a bad experience. I saw a drink sitting out and asked if the drink was mine, and the worker laughed rudely and told me to “just grab it.” After 30 minutes of waiting, I saw a group of people get their food first. When I asked about my order, they said they didn’t have it. I showed them my receipt, but they still said I didn’t pay, even though I got my drink. They refused to give me my food but after a while of going back and forth I finally received my food . Don’t go to this location the 2 main managers are rude.

I order my food online, I get there and check it in saying that I am here to pick it up. I walk inside with my daughter in my arms, to grab my mobile order. I stand up front for 30 minutes for all of the staff to avoid the front counter or even eye contact with any customer standing up front. When they do come up front it is to only hand whatever order is in their hand and then just walk away and ignore everyone standing waiting to be helped. When I finally do get helpped, i am told that my order has been canceled and tgat i canceled it. I tell them i did not cancel my order, but because its canceled on their end theres nothing they can do. But im sorry, if I wanted to go somewhere where I wanted rude service, I would have went to the restaurant that pays their people to be rude to you.

Typical McDonald’s. Nothing special. My QP was put together sideways and my strawberry cream pies probably should have been thrown out 3 hours before I got them. It has been 34 years since I was a manager at McDonald’s, but I’m sure they still use ‘holding times’. Meaning, once the holding time on a food item arrives, they’re supposed to throw it out. It’s fast food, not indefinite food.

I’ve ordered from this place through Grubhub and they have cancelled 4 orders, and once let someone take my order that wasn’t from Grubhub, and then were NOT going to honor the order when the actual Grubhub driver showed up. Save your time, order from ANYWHERE else.

Went tru the drive through this morning in the left lane. There was a car in the right lane being helped. I waited expecting to be acknowledged at least. Another car came to the right lane and was assisted immediately. At this point I was getting annoyed. After the car proceeded I waited and no one acknowledged that I was there after several minutes. I then said HELLO trying to at least be acknowledged. What I got was DON’T BE YELLING I. MY EAR
I was shocked. I replied I wasn’t yelling just trying to be helped. Again I got DON’T BE YELLING IN MY EAR. I then left and went to the one further down. I will never go to this store again. Very rude.

I’m sure if you can’t notice the giant piece of plastic in my $9 1/4 pounder combo, then i assume you’re blind or did this on pourpuse. With the 80-degree fries temperature, the only edible thing in my entire order is my soda. This is insane and lucky this wasn’t served to my 3 year old who would have definitely choked on this. As soon as I can, im bringing this burger back to your manager on duty and filing a complaint with your corporate office and contacting an attorney.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have never once had a good experience there. Rude staff and terrible quality control. I will drive the mile down the road to go to the other McDonald’s every time. I suggest you do the same.
