Great location. Stopped here super early one morning on a road trip – staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was hot, fresh and came to us very fast. Bathrooms and restaurant were also very clean.

My family loves Chic Fil A! The Mobile Thru option has me perplexed though….if you order ahead, you still wait in the same line as if you ordered at the speaker and you still wait on your food sometimes, so what is the point? The concept sounds great, it just doesn’t work.

When trying to order a fruit cup without apples for my 1 yr old, I was told that “they don’t do substitutions” by a supervisor/manager.
Being that every chick fil a I’ve visited does this when asked, it was definitely a bit frustrating.
I can’t confirm whether the supervisor was intentionally unaccommodating or attempting to cover up their lack of knowledge/training in how to perform the task.
Nonetheless, we visited a different chick fil a and got what we needed. (Picture attached)
Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and others experience differs for the better.

We were in and out, through the drive-thru, in less than 5 minutes. Great crispy fresh french fries and delicious tea. Also happy cheery employees which is great. Thanks guys

Usually impeccable service and food.. not this time!! Order was to go. One order completely forgot the milkshake, when reminded they brought out cookies and cream not chocolate. Didn’t have time to wait any longer so asked for a refund on the milkshake.. took way longer than it should have!!
Second meal, the grilled chicken was cold! Not room temp even!! So cold the cheese never even melted at all.

All fast food businesses should study/apply the special training that Chick-fil-A employees all exude, regardless of position level: My Pleasure is so much more than a greeting when matched with the attitude that accompanies it. Very clean with friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Efficient service with competitive prices. Handicap- friendly including a changing table for the little ones. Very child- friendly with compact but fun indoor play area. No need to worry about your little ones pinching their fingers in the heavy door as it’s designed to guard against that. Only downfall was the ice water which neither I nor my friend could drink due to the taste. Unfortunately, I understand that’s a rather common complaint in that area, so prob had nothing to do with Chick-fil-A.
