We ordered ahead of time and the food was still fresh, fries were hot and salted, and the manager was very nice and even learned my name from the mobile order. Soda machines are cool too and the music in the back was great.

yeah i don’t usually post negative reviews like ever. but it’s been about 5 times i’ve come in here as an uber eats delivery driver and it’s just horrendous. i don’t accept orders for this location anymore because everytime it’s just bad, doesn’t matter who’s on staff. people are rude here and they make the delivery drivers wait an EXCESSIVE amount of time. i’ve tried every time but i end up cancelling my order because the wait is too long. also i watched a lady with some very bright blue eyeshadow on talk down on a foreign delivery driver because he didn’t know he needed to give her a code. she snapped so bad at him it made me walk out i couldn’t handle that

Service – when I ordered, I ordered a cheeseburger meal. Wasn’t asked what size, wasnt asked what drink, just told “first window”. I also wasnt done with my order. Mind you, I was the only person in line at this time. It wasnt busy, they just dont care.

If could write zero stars I would I just had the worst experience ever. I was at the McDonald’s with my three children trying to get them vanilla sundaes and they said they were out of the vanilla sundae cup so I asked them if they could put it in a McFlurry cup cause that’s what the other McDonald’s is doing and they said no that they could not so here. I am now traveling 10 minutes away to the other McDonald’s just to make make sure that I can get the vanilla sundaes since this McDonald’s cannot accommodate

Eat here all the time. They do a great job. People complain about the kiosk but it is easy enough. Eventually everyone will be using kiosk or app so get used to it. Nobody ever likes change.

I was shocked to learn that you aren’t allowed to order with a human anymore, and must use the kiosk. Elderly people who come in just have to turn around and go without. And immunocompromised patients must risk getting sick from everyone who uses the kiosks. Sad.

I’ve changed from 1 star to 4 stars because it appears they got rid of the rude employee(s). I have been having a much better experience here in the past few weeks. Also the staff during the day have always been awesome!

Tl;Dr: extremely rude staff the past month, sloppy food, don’t come here past 6pm
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a kid, when I moved here. They remodeled and it’s been great, however in the past month or so, I’ve dealt with on 3 occasions the most rude people I’ve been served by in my entire life. They literally weren’t replying to my questions with words, just grunts. The late night staff need to be changed, when I come at night it’s the worst. The food is disgusting and sloppy, the fries are literally cold, not even warm, and they messed up our drinks. The lady that takes your order doesn’t confirm the price just holds out her hand for your card and no words. Seriously the staff must have changed because this has just been awful. Train your staff.

Waited at the drive through speaker for way to long before being helped (or them even acknowledgeing me) When they finally got to the speaker they kept bad mouthing me and my partner with there headset on so we could hear them. Messed up our order several times and and the guy in the background kept mentioning how they closed in 45 mins and we where “on some bullshit” honestly terrible service and I would never recommend going here.
