We have had great food at Rolf’s. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year now. We’ve had a few wrong orders but they always made it right. Every single time I order I ask for extra blue cheese on the side. Every single time they put it in there. There is no option for an extra blue cheese on their website. Putting it in the notes is the only way. Tonight they did not put it in my order but decided to write on the receipt “gotta pay for one <3” and not even inform my husband who picked it up. It felt very passive aggressive. He noticed it wasn’t in there and went back and asked and she was very rude and almost didn’t let him purchase one. If you want people to pay for it, put it on your website. Probably will not be going back just due to the lack of respect. Sad.

I have heard people rave about how great there food is..”.chili ” pretty disappointed. Had a to go order which my daughter was picking up on way home. I was called and reminded it had been ready for 10 minutes after my original pick up time by a rude young lady. My order was paid for in advance. I had ordered a flight of chili. Very disappointed !!! Two of the bowls were only filled half way and the other one had no juice/sauce. The 1/4 of a dry waffle I did get had a big chunk taken out of it. I like spicy food but the chili was so spicy I wasn’t able to taste the other ingredients. I paid $17 for this order and will never eat or order from here again.

The food was amazing. The staff was exceptional. The meats were tender and the sauces were delicious. Greeted immediately and told to sit wherever we were comfortable. Our server helped us immediately and brought our appetizers and mains at appropriate times. We shared a three meat platter, the brisket egg rolls and the burnt ends. So yummy. Will return often.

A very good barbeque place. My first time here. I loved the house salad with avocados, very generous full portion. My wife got the brisket. We also had the red chili and green chili. The sides were nice, including waffle corn bread. Would give full five stars if several ok f the beers on tap weren’t out. Was especially looking forward to a hazy ipa with the meats. Settled for a water. Oh well…

Tried this place out since it was new on door dash. I went in with very low expectations due to every other BBQ place I have tried has been sub par.
Let me tell you how oh so wrong I was. This place was AMAZING.
Brisket was nice and juicy and flavorful. Pulled pork was good. The sausage had a satisfying snap to eat with just a hint of smokiness. The chicken however was lack luster, but hey it’s chicken ♂️.
The other great thing is you can a DEFINITELY tell everything is homemade. Never had sweet collard greens so that was a nice surprise. Love the cornbread waffles, and the sweet potato mash with candied walnuts…..life changing. Peach BBQ sauce was excellent. Blackberry needs a stronger hit if blackberry for me, and that Carolina BBQ. Ahhh!!! Just the way I love Carolina style nice and tangy and vinegary. Can’t wait to try again and try the breakfast joint if it’s just as good.

Local eatery on the strip in Muskegon Michigan. The barbecue what can I say I’ve traveled the Midwest and I have had a lot of barbecue this is definitely in the top 10 I mean how can you go wrong it’s barbecue.

We ordered delivery. Everything arrived warm and well packaged.
The meats were well done, especially the pulled pork and sausage which both had good flavor and moisture. The turkey and brisket burrito were a touch on the dry side but good flavor.
Beware of the sides and sauces. If you have a sweet tooth, or like one flavor to dominate, this may be the place for you. I prefer balanced flavors.
A little more spice and vinegar to balance the sweet would make the collards excellent. The sweet potatoes were under-seasoned which made them too sweet.
We tried 3 of the sauces: original, mustard, and Carolina. All I can say is nope.

KayLeigh provided us with friendly, prompt, profesional service. Our food was excellent – tender ribs with lots of meat and little fat. Sides are extraordinary! They serve the best sweet potato mash in town. Sparkling clean restrooms.

Wonderful experience! First time going in, me and my fiance decided to order take-out and bring it back to our hotel. Not only was the food was phenominal, but the service was excellent!!! We got a plater to share, and an extra side of tater-tots with queso! Kayleigh took our order and rung us up at the register, she did a lovely job and was very friendly! We will definitely be sitting inside to eat next time to enjoy the atmosphere!
