We ordered food on the mobile app, when we pulled up they could not add to our order (after asking if there was anything we wanted to change or add). We made an additional order for a soft drink and McFlurry. The man handing us our food at the last window was very nice, handed us the additional order and with us showing the receipt for the mobile order was trying to help get our food. He asked the manager for help and she is very loudly saying “I need the receipt. I can’t do anything for without the receipt” etc. AFTER the man had already informed her we had the receipt. (She had our food in her hand). Just very very disappointed with how she handled it, the way she was loud enough for us to hear, and how she speaks to her employees.

The franchise is Taneytown is awesome and clean with a large play center. My son loves playing before and after eating. Drive thru is very convenient and fast. It’s always not too crowded.

Service is great at this location. It gets backed up sometimes, but the wait is not very long when that happens. Employees are always nice in the drive-thru. We always use the app to order ahead.

The only time they get an order correct is if you order online. Once again going through the drive thru and ordering, i asked for bacon on sandwich and label on sandwich box even said “ADD 3h Bcn” but no bacon. I don’t like making negative reviews, but this had just gotten ridiculous and is subpar and possible laziness on top of worrying about drive thru times and such instead of getting orders correct.

I placed an order for a single 6 piece happy meal with extra fries and a chocolate milk while in the parking lot of this location at 5:26pm. I finished the order and parked in spot number 6 immediately after. I watched both drive through lanes empty and the entire pickup row empty out twice over before I decided to go in and check on my order because I hadn’t seen anyone come out with my small order. When I arrived at the counter, not only did they not have my order, but they had completely missed it and just brushed it off when I inquired about the status and why it had taken 25 minutes to get a single happy meal out the door. They just ignored me and asked for my order number which I provided. They tossed a happy meal together and literally tossed it up on the counter and continued to ignore me. I had no idea if it was mine or not because there were other patrons waiting for food as well and I had to wait for everyone else to clear the area before I got confirmation it was mine. I understand I paid with points but those points were earned by spending money at McDonald’s. This is not what I would expect from any restaurant let alone one that falls in the category of fast food.

Worst ran McDonald’s ever! 8am on a Sunday morning, it took 20min to get served and another 10min to get my food. Then the order was wrong. The place was near empty! New management needed ASAP.
