I admit I may have ordered a regular cheese burger on the app thinking I ordered just ketchup. That was my mistake. I looked at the back of the burger first and there was onions on the back of the burger. I then flipped it over to see mustard on it and ketchup. My boyfriend parked the car and I got out and walked into the store with burger in hand. I had a mask on because I just got over covid and wasn’t contagious anymore but better safe for everyone else than sorry. When I walked up I told them I ordered one with just ketchup. The lady *the manager* informed me that I did not order it like that. I apologize and said I must have messed it up on the app. I asked if I could please get one with just ketchup. She gladly took it in the back to what I assumed would be a new one. So I’m waiting and a buy put a bag infront on me and the paper on the bag said cheeseburger only ketchup. I went to the car, looked in the bag at the burger still wrapped in paper and it too had a piece of paper saying cheeseburger only ketchup. I thought great I can finally get home and eat. I made it home, sat one the couch and opened the burger. I opened it from the bottom first and saw onions in the EXACT same spot as the one I just returned. I then flipped it over and clearly saw where they wiped of the mustard and put on a little more ketchup. I was rightly perturbed at this point but I wasn’t running the whole way back to the store to get a new one. I called the store and informed them that one of their employees tried to pass it off as a new one thinking I would notice BUT wasn’t bright enough to realize they completely forgot to look at the bottom where the onions were. She informed me that she *the manager* was the woman that took my food back the first time and insisted she threw my first burger away. Well at that moment I realized this women was lying to me. Obviously it was the exact same burger because the piece of the onions were exactly at the same spot. I then informed her I know for a fact that was not true. She then proceeded to call me a liar and said she was “not going to be yelled at for something she didn’t do” I told her straight up I was calling corporate and would LOVE for them to view the cameras to prove that she indeed did not throw the other one away. We were both pretty upset at this point and I told her goodbye and again that I’m sure she wouldn’t hear the end of this. I luckily am not allergic to any of the ingredients but this could be deadly to someone that was. I called customer service and explained the whole thing. Admitting my mistake in the first place. Them giving me the same one back and trying to play it off as a new one. Also making sure to include that the “manager” straight up called me a liar. The lady at customer service was very very nice and listened to every world I said and recorded it. Hopefully this manager gets a lesson in lying, and being absolutely horrible to a customer.

I was apart of a big show choir group coming and the lady who was handing out all of our food was so rude! She was shouting and made US feel bad for wanting to eat there, mind you we are all just some starving teenagers who just got back from an exhausting competition. Service was overall terrible, the food was actually pretty good though.

This was first stop at a McDonald’s in almost a decade but we needed to make a pit stop. The building and inside was very clean. We were surprised the entire staff works on orders and you have to use a touch screen just to order. (There was one cashier to take anyone who could not use screen and that line was long). Order time took probably average to get it and go. Overall, we didn’t speak to a single employee but got our food.

Sat in a long line at the drive-through to receive and be charged with the wrong order, staff is also very unprofessional. Every time I come here it’s always something. They also overcharge because it’s at a truckstop. Definitely do not recommend.

I’ve always had nothing but good things nice location and very clean. I normally go to the drive through its always great for me. All the employees are nice and polite evertime and the food is great too. Thanks ✌️

Went through the drive through to get nuggets and a large fry. When we got there they were not busy at all and we were the only car in the line so please tell my why my French fries were filled not even half way full not to mention they said their machine was brakes for a frappe but there was clearly a frappe and a milkshake right on the counter for the workers.

Don’t sit in the lobby too long, the staff will harass you for being there longer than 30 minutes. Heaven forbid a professional driver taking his reset, order some food, and enjoy the day at a truck stop restaurant!

Waited 30 minutes to get our food, and they messed up a only ketchup cheeseburger. Had to go back in only to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my cheeseburger. I wouldn’t complain, but I did this job and it’s not hard.
