Drinks were yummy.
Disabled accessibility sucks. Not easily able to navigate and the restroom is an ADA nightmare with heavy doors, poor planning, slick floors.
This Starbucks has a serious safety issue: the drive-through lane connects directly with the pedestrian walkway. If you’re walking through—especially with children—you need to be extremely careful. Cars come out of the drive-through without warning and with very limited visibility. It’s the most dangerous layout I’ve seen at any Starbucks in the U.S.
On top of that, we had a very disappointing customer service experience. After purchasing several breakfast items and multiple coffees, we simply asked for a cup of water for a child. Shockingly, the staff refused and said we had to pay for it. This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the entire country that denied a basic cup of water—especially when we were already paying customers.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope the management reconsiders both their layout and customer service policy
