This Wendys was an awesome experience. Was going to go somewhere else but they were busy. This establishment was very friendly and food came out fast and was prepared well. Would definitely stop here again. Too many times fast food franchise disappoint but this was truly the exception. You will not be disappointed if you have the same experience. This place never lets me down. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly. Even the GM, I think his name is Dave. What a personality he has. Catherine and Gabi usually work the drive-thru, but if it gets busy, they help out up front. It’s so refreshing to see so many young adults being sincere, taking their responsibilities seriously, and smiling at the same time.

Don’t order from this place through the app at night. They closed the dining room early (9pm) on August 4th 2023 and tried to force people that already ordered and paid in the app and their food is a ready to pick up, to get in the drive though line behind 12 cars that haven’t even ordered yet to pick up your food that will be cold by the time you get it. They absolutely refused to simply walk my order out to me like they do all the time in the drive-through.

The manager is incredibly rude. If he dislikes people so much, he should not work customer service or at least learn to fake it. Mistakes aren’t a big deal, it’s how you handle it and admit them that counts. Managers are supposed to be problem solvers not problem instigators. He should learn to lead with integrity. If you make a mistake, correct it, learn from it and don’t be rude about it.

I’m no Karen and I’ve worked drive thru in my teens but this place needs to be closed down. They only hire zombies is the best I can think of describing it. Very low IQ and clearly English is their first language but they cannot comprehend it. I have a grandmother with stage 6 Alzheimer’s and I think she could comprehend better than any of the employees. This isn’t based on a one time encounter. I love Wendy’s food but only go there on a rare occasion because of these type of encounters. Today, was the worst. I had to repeat my order 3 times (number 2 son of a baconator large size with a sprite) and with 5 minutes in between asking me to repeat my order. After the 3rd time, I gave up and left and will not be coming back unless it’s to another location. I’m not sure how the pick applicants, but they need to close down until they can find some that can understand English.

Sherman the manager at the facility needs to understand his role as a manager. It’s to manage the employees and the store. This manager decided to stop taking orders and close down the store while there was a line. He and his staff were frustrated because it was busy and decide to just stop. Wow. Is this the world we live in now. Mr Sherman you need to find another job if you can not handle a rush. Shutting down does not show your team that u support them or the position you are in. I hope the owner of this Wendy’s understands who he has a a manager

Wow, a mixed bag here. Service was friendly but brutally slow. Six people milling around behind the counter without any sense of efficiency. Seeing the restaurant from the main road (GA 316) is a challenge now that an exit ramp has been added and you have to drive around and around to find the restaurant. Fair prices and food was good except for the rubber chicken nuggets. Nice, up-to-date restaurant layout.

I could not figure out how to upgrade fries to baconater fries for my wife. Christina was a great help and very understanding and helped me out my wife was craving the specific fries and she helped make it possible thank you Christina!!
