I take my daughter here like three times per week, and I must say every time we go there the customer service is worse than the last time. They never greet you or say thank you. They just hand you your food and walk away. We normally order our food from the kiosk. But I have watched several people go up to the counter and order, and they just walk up and start taking the order. No good morning whatsoever. The dining area always has a strong odor, like they need to bleach down the tables and chairs. On Thursday, we went there and ordered our meal at the kiosk. We waited for our number to be called. When the lady called our number, I sent my daughter up to get the food. I watched the lady hand my daughter the bag of food. However, she forgot to hand her the sweet tea and sundae that we ordered. My daughter stood there for awhile because she thought the lady was coming back to hand her those two items. After waiting like 5 minutes, I walked up to the counter. I saw the lady talking with other employees. I said, excuse me, excuse me. She walked over to the counter and said you need something. I said you forgot our drink and sundae. She gave us this look as if we’re lying. I said you did not give my daughter the sweet tea or sundae. You just handed her the bag of food. She walked away and started speaking in Spanish. She then came back with the items and handed it to us and walk away. No apologies whatsoever! The sundae looked like it started to melt, which tells me it was sitting back there, and that it was our order. Listen, if your going to have a restaurant in a black area, at least learn how to treat your customers with respect and dignity. We pay your salary, and if it wasn’t for us, you would not have a job.

Food is 8/10 never fresh and when you ask for fresh food they usually give a hard time. However, Jason is very professional and friendly. He was wonderful at taking the order, and providing great customer service.

The person who made my food gave me a 4 piece chicken nugget box filled with ranch and that was intentional. I have done nothing to the people who work there and I am always kind and thank them every time. Is this person a racist?

Customer service and wait times can be improve. Sweet Tea needs improvement. Everytime I have tried it, it was watered down lacking tea flavor. I only get fries and if you order a large prepare to recieve a medium.

The McDonald’s was super clean and the gentleman that was working the registers that day, he looked like the manager.He was very kind, he made sure I was happy with everything. He even gave me fresh,french fries! I don’t like when I get the fries that are just sitting under the heat lamp. I lived around that area for quite some time and I stopped going to that McDonald’s because the staff up there used to be very rude, immature and it always look like they’d be doing everything but working. So I was pleasantly surprised with the awesome change that has been made at that particular McDonald’s! ✌️❤️

Don’t go to this location. Absolutely terrible. Found gnats in our drinks, food seems/tastes old – not fresh, nuggets were so greasy and fries are undercooked/limp/soggy.. They could do better but no one is holding no one accountable. Especially management.

I ordered a kids meal via the app for this location. We literally sat in line for 15 mins after I’ve already given my code, to the point people started zooming off and just leaving. At least 5 cars road pass, as we got up to the window they had no explanation, and didn’t offer an extra fry, pie, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, they used to ja e good service, I dont know what happened.

Worst worst experience ever this was my last straw with this company you a bunch of rude employees filled with attitude no sense of customer service toward my 5 year old son because he they expected him to remember the number on his receipt after the fact that the self service mechanize didn’t give him a receipt what’s a sham toward a kid
